今中午12:30復航金門縣港務處表示，楊柳颱風遠離，小三通金門水頭港往返廈門五通港預計今天中午12點30分復航。港務處表示，依金門縣港務處小三通天候影響停復航機制，楊柳颱風遠離後，水頭往返五通航線航班雙向恢復航駛；金門水頭往返泉州石井港航線仍維持全天停駛狀態。

楊柳颱風來襲，金門縣今天上午停班停課，但水頭碼頭一早就陸續湧現排隊人龍，拿到候補第一號號碼牌的小姐說，她清晨5點多就到現場排隊，想說早點出發等待，應該機會大一點。候補人潮中，也有多位陸客在現場等待候補，一位年輕媽媽就說，她趁著暑假帶小孩來金門玩，11日入境、原訂13日下午返廈門，但昨天小三通停航，只能再多待一晚，她說，已經多待了好幾天，這幾天小朋友補習，希望能趕快回家。
