縣水試所於10月18日(六)下午13時30分至16時於水試所二樓會議室辦理海保署補助之《海廢不廢：拼貼藝術行動》海洋保育教育推廣系列講座，課程中可認識海洋廢棄物的成因以及其對環境、人們的影響，並運用海灘上常見的塑膠碎片，拼貼出自己心目中的最美風景。活動人數限35名，請掃描以下QR code填寫表單，額滿為止，歡迎有興趣的夥伴踴躍報名！

當我們撿起海灘上的塑膠碎片，它們曾是瓶蓋、吸管、玩具、包裝，如今破碎無名，被海水磨平邊角。這些看似無用的垃圾，卻拼貼出一幅幅關於海洋的真實畫面—一隻被纏住的鱟、一片被污染的珊瑚礁、一隻誤食塑膠的海鳥。
