為提升防災整備能力，金門縣政府依據內政部「114年強韌臺灣大規模風災震災整備與協作計畫」，於9月26日舉辦「大規模風災救災支援集結據點簡報導引推演」。本次演練模擬強烈颱風造成金門地區大規模停電、停水及道路中斷等災害情境，邀請縣府相關單位、公用事業機構及國軍代表共同參與，檢視救災集結據點運作與資源調度機制，並透過實務推演強化應變能力。
因金門縣與新北市於113年簽訂防災合作備忘錄，此次推演特別邀請新北市政府以視訊方式參與，雙方針對跨縣市互助支援綱要計畫進行深入討論，包括支援裝備、人員協調及跨海運輸等議題。推演情境中，模擬新北市調派鏈鋸、小貨車及救災人力進駐金門，協助金門縣面對風災災情，強化災害應變與資源整合的實務操作。
金門縣消防局長呂英華表示，金門地處離島，面臨重大災害時外部支援尤為重要。此次推演除了驗證集結據點功能，更透過跨縣市合作，建立更緊密的協作默契。未來縣府將持續優化防災策略，深化與其他縣市的合作，打造更具韌性的防災網絡，確保在災害發生時，能迅速動員內外資源，全力守護鄉親的生命財產安全。
