為提升社區據點幹部及志工夥伴專業能力，金門縣政府社會處於11月8日（星期六）上午8時至12時，在榜林社區活動中心舉辦「第四季社區據點聯繫會議暨幹部訓練」，採小論壇形式進行，吸引縣內各社區據點幹部及志工踴躍參與。
本次課程以「銀領據點的共生發展」為主題，特別邀請佛光大學社會學暨社會工作學系副教授林明禛擔任講師，針對社區據點運作與銀髮族服務策略進行專業分享與討論。活動採小論壇形式，鼓勵與會幹部與夥伴互動交流，分享各據點在服務長者及推動社區活動上的經驗與挑戰，並透過案例討論啟發創新思維。
此次聯繫會議與幹部訓練，除了提供專業課程，也兼具交流平台功能，讓各據點能彼此學習、資源共享，進一步提升服務長者的品質與效率。金門縣政府社會處表示，社區據點作為服務長者及推廣在地資源的重要據點，藉由定期的幹部訓練與聯繫會議，不僅強化幹部領導能力，也增進據點之間的合作與連結，期望共同打造高齡友善、溫暖的社區環境。
參與人員表示，透過此次小論壇形式的訓練，除了獲得專業知識，也能了解其他社區的成功經驗，啟發未來據點的創新服務方向，對於提升長者服務及社區凝聚力有實質幫助。
