金門縣近年受觀光產業發展、返鄉人口減少等多重因素影響，缺工情況持續升溫，從餐飲旅宿、營造工程、物流運輸到長照服務等產業均傳出徵才不易的狀況。為協助企業穩定人力與改善就業環境，金門縣就業服務中心持續推動多元措施，並呼籲產業共同打造更友善的職場環境。
