因應資訊科技快速發展與世代使用習慣的轉變，智慧型手機已成為日常生活重要工具。為提升本縣銀髮族的數位能力與社會參與，金門縣志願服務推廣中心2日於金城綜合社會福利館辦理「志力學習—樂齡數位新生活手機社群軟體教育訓練」，共52名高齡志工參與，反應熱烈。
課程目標在於協助長輩熟悉手機基本操作與社群媒體應用，促使高齡者更加主動融入資訊社會，提升網路素養，也期盼高齡志工將所學分享至服務團隊，開創更便利的智慧新生活。
本次課程邀請智樂活樂齡活動社群講師、同時也是台北市社會局資深電腦資訊志工歐麗慧擔任授課講師。歐講師以示範方式帶領學員認識 Line 應用程式功能，包括 QR Code 掃描、提醒通知、訊息收回與刪除等常用操作，並由多位助教現場協助，讓長輩能一步步跟著手機實作。課堂中，長者不斷驚呼「原來可以這樣用！」氣氛輕鬆又充滿學習動力，也在互動中增進彼此交流。
社會處表示，智慧型手機已成高齡者與家人聯繫的重要工具，為協助長者跨越數位鴻溝，縣府及志願服務推廣中心每年均爭取衛福部補助，開辦多項數位及生活教育課程，協助銀髮長者與時俱進。未來也將持續規劃志工耆老活動、在職訓練與領導訓練等課程，鼓勵高齡志工持續多元學習，展現「活到老、學到老」的精神。
