金門縣政府在內政部舉辦的「113年度土地利用監測成果評鑑」中，勇奪都市土地組金獎，展現縣府在國土規劃、土地管理及跨機關協作上的卓越成效。此次評鑑結果，肯定縣府持續落實中央政策、提升國土使用效益並推動土地資源永續發展的努力。
除縣府奪得金獎外，金城鎮公所翁小曼里幹事與金寧鄉公所林慧雯技佐亦因積極配合國土監測作業、完整盤點資料並確實回報，榮獲「貢獻獎」。此舉凸顯基層行政在國土治理系統中的關鍵角色，也象徵承辦人員於資料查核、跨部門協調與現地作業上的細緻投入，是縣府團隊得以脫穎而出的重要推力。
金門縣政府表示，此次金獎不僅屬於縣府團隊，更來自鄉鎮公所的全力配合。透過中央、縣府到鄉鎮的垂直整合，金門得以更全面掌握土地使用現況，提升國土管理成效，同時強化行政透明度與公共決策品質。
依《國土計畫法》規定，中央主管機關應定期執行土地利用監測作業，並訂定相關辦法。內政部於108年3月28日發布施行《土地利用監測辦法》，規範中央在發現變異點後，應透過通報系統通知地方政府及鄉鎮市區公所；鄉鎮公所需於期限內到場查驗並上傳照片及初步判斷，而縣市主管機關則負責查核內容完整性並回報結果。透過資訊系統的即時通報與跨層級合作，形成守護國土環境的重要機制。
縣府強調，未來將持續配合中央政策推動國土監測工作，運用科技工具與精準資料治理提升行政效率，並與各鄉鎮公所緊密合作，打造更完善的土地使用管理環境，確保金門土地資源在永續發展的目標下獲得最有效運用。縣府期盼在國土治理領域持續創造佳績，為民眾提供更優質的行政服務。
