金門縣政府為打造無菸的休閒與旅遊環境，並維護民眾免受二手菸危害，依據《菸害防制法》第19條第1項第4款規定，自115年1月1日起，將金門縣農業試驗所（金門縣金湖鎮惠民富康農莊17號）所屬周邊區域（太湖劃測段443、443-1、450、450-1、451、458、459、466、467、478-1、478-2、492、501、502、511、512、513、513-1、514、515、516、524、525、526、527、528、529、530、530-1、531、532、533、534、535、536、539-2、547地號）公告為除吸菸區外之全面禁菸場所。
自115年1月1日起正式啟動稽查取締，民眾若於禁菸區吸菸，將依《菸害防制法》第40條第2項規定，處新臺幣2,000元以上、1萬元以下罰鍰。
金門縣逐年擴大無菸環境 建構健康生活空間
金門縣衛生局表示，縣府自101年起持續推動無菸環境政策，並陸續完成以下禁菸場所公告：

101年：金門航空站、水頭港埠周邊2處公告為「除吸菸區外全面禁菸」場所。

103年：依衛福部公告，縣內國家公園及公園綠地共31處納入無菸環境。

106年：公告縣內27處高中以下校園周邊（校門口、家長接送區、人行道、通學步道）為全面禁菸場所。

107年：太武山周邊環境（蔡厝古道、斗門、玉章路等3處登山步道）公告為「除吸菸區外全面禁菸」場所。

109年：公告37處連鎖便利商店、咖啡店及速食店的騎樓與庇廊為全面禁菸場所。
-
112年：金門縣林務所1處公告為「除吸菸區外全面禁菸」場所。

113年：金門縣畜試所1處公告為「除吸菸區外全面禁菸」場所。
-
114年：金門縣農業試驗所1處公告為「除吸菸區外全面禁菸」場所。
目前全縣已有103處禁菸場所，縣府將持續與民間合作，共同打造更完善的無菸環境，守護縣民健康。
呼籲共同遵守禁菸規範 守護清新空氣與健康
衛生局呼籲，有吸菸習慣的民眾請務必遵守場所禁菸規定，避免因一時需求而影響他人健康。也歡迎各場域管理單位及民眾協助柔性勸導，共同營造更友善、清新的公共環境。
同時提醒，吸菸不僅危害肺部及心血管健康，也會影響家人與周遭人群。建議吸菸者盡早戒菸，可利用本縣二代戒菸合約醫療院所提供的戒菸治療與衛教服務，或撥打免費戒菸專線 0800-636-363，由專業人員協助脫離菸癮、重拾健康。
