為守護婦幼族群健康、積極推動母乳哺育政策，營造安心友善的哺乳環境，金門縣衛生局辦理「環境溫馨．媽媽安心—職場哺（集）乳室競賽」，透過正向鼓勵方式，邀請民間企業與公部門共同投入，打造更便利、溫馨且舒適的親善母乳哺育空間。
本次競賽由評審委員實地走訪各參賽單位，針對哺（集）乳室位置標示、環境清潔度、內部設備完善度、特色作法及親善創意等項目進行綜合評比。最終，金門縣金湖社會福利服務中心表現優異，再次脫穎而出，榮獲「特優」肯定，並獲頒新臺幣5,000元禮券及獎狀乙紙。其他獲獎單位包括金門縣金城綜合社會福利館及交通部民用航空局金門航空站獲「優等獎」，各獲3,000元禮券及獎狀；金門縣金湖托育資源中心（醫遊館）、金門酒廠實業股份有限公司及金門縣港務處則榮獲「親善獎」，各獲2,000元禮券及獎狀。 
金湖社會福利服務中心表示，哺集乳室的規劃與管理始終以媽媽實際使用需求為核心，兼顧安全性與便利性，設置多項人性化軟硬體設施，包括尿布台加裝安全扣環，降低嬰兒更換時的意外風險；洗手台提供冷熱水設備，讓媽媽在寒冷季節也能安心使用；同時建立即時回饋機制，作為設備維護與服務精進的重要依據，深獲評審委員肯定。
衛生局指出，今年參賽的哺集乳室各具特色，除基本設備完善外，多數單位更貼心準備哺乳枕、溢乳墊、濕紙巾、尿布等用品，讓哺乳家庭感受到如同在家般的溫馨與便利，充分展現金門縣對婦幼族群服務的重視與用心。衛生局也特別感謝所有參與單位對打造親善育兒環境的支持與投入，未來將持續輔導與推廣優良設施與管理經驗，全面提升金門縣母嬰友善環境的服務品質。
