為積極培育本縣公務人員人工智慧（AI）應用知能，呼應行政院推動AI公務人才培育政策，實踐「智慧科技島·數位新社會」願景，金門縣政府人事處19日與國家文官學院合作，辦理AI知能專題研習講座，以專書導讀形式引導同仁認識生成式AI及其在數位轉型中的應用。藉此推動學習型組織文化，培養主動學習風氣，進而提升行政效能、創新公共服務與優化政府治理。

本次講座特別邀請上鈞資訊服務有限公司教育總監蔡凱如擔任主講，以《當數位轉型碰上生成式AI》一書為導讀核心，向與會人員系統介紹數位知能的基礎概念與發展歷程，深入剖析AI時代對於個人與政府組織未來運作的影響。蔡總監本身擁有臺北市立大學資訊科學系碩士學歷，長年深耕於資訊服務領域，並現為數位發展部ODF推廣專案顧問，經驗豐富。
