金門長者長照的密度更廣了，為了落實「在地安老、健康老化、尊嚴生活、社區共好」理念，金城鎮安和社區照顧關懷據點昨（21）日正式揭牌啟用，矢言打造讓長者安心的生活新據點。而安和社區照顧據點的成立，成為金門第四十四處社照點，除了可提供健康促進、共餐等功能，未來還將朝向C級巷弄長照站的目標努力。

社會處處長王茲繐代表縣長陳福海到場致意，她說，兩年前安和社區發展協會正式成立，成為金門第一百一十九個社區協會，在成立大會中就表達設立關懷據點的想法，果不其然在兩年後快速的啟用運作。而社區是政府施政的延續與地方的觸角。據點的揭牌象徵著服務的啟動之外，更代表社區對長輩照顧的一個承諾還有使命，她代表縣府感謝社區願意跟政府一起攜手合作，來照顧金門在地的長輩。
