台灣電力公司副總經理鄭慶鴻昨（21）日率同相關主管一行人蒞臨金門縣政府拜會，由副縣長李文良親自接待。雙方就金門地區電力穩定、未來建設規劃及合作事項進行交流，氣氛融洽。

副縣長於會中代表縣府及金門鄉親，誠摯感謝台電於於每次颱風期間，迅速調度人力與設備，全力投入搶修作業，確保金門地區電力供應穩定，展現高度專業與責任感，對地方民生及產業運作助益良多。
李副縣長也藉此機會向台電提出「全縣電纜地下化」之需求，指出電纜地下化不僅可提升供電穩定度，降低極端氣候對電力設施的影響，更有助於改善市容景觀與提升觀光品質，期盼未來能與台電持續密切合作，逐步推動相關規劃與建設。
會中，縣府特別頒贈「榮譽縣民證」予塔山發電廠李廠長枝榮，祝賀其榮調轉任苗栗通霄發電廠廠長，李廠長於113年3月1日到任，積極推動古寧儲能設備建置，改善塔山開關廠設置並全數更新為CGIS(氣體絕緣開關設備)，提升金門地區供電穩定度，降低事故風險。金門大橋竣工後，積極推動大、小金門合聯，藉由大橋聯通大、小金門供電系統，強化電網韌性，提升供電品質。重視地區員工及承攬商工作安全，任內未發生工作傷害事故，確保員工身心健康，推動本廠與友廠工作交流，重視地區人才培育以維金門地區供電穩定。李副縣長文良代表陳福海縣長特別感謝李廠長任內深耕金門電力建設、守護供電穩定，對地方發展貢獻卓著，獲得縣府與鄉親一致肯定，頒贈本縣榮譽縣民誠屬實至名歸。
