2026金門馬拉松於24日清晨在金城田徑場開跑，副縣長李文良、運動部政務次長鄭世忠及多位貴賓共同鳴槍，休閒組分為健跑與健走組，共約6,300人參加，年齡從1歲到94歲不等，充分展現全民運動精神。選手沿浯江北堤、環島西路及歷史古蹟牧馬侯祠，輕鬆欣賞金門風光，親子與銀髮族皆樂在其中。
完賽選手領取特製玻璃瓶紀念酒，並享受現場歌舞表演、熱食補給及「等重高粱酒」摸彩活動，場面熱鬧溫馨。提供豐富完賽禮與獎品，為金門馬拉松第一天留下難忘回憶。
