交通部觀光署辦理114年「台灣好行服務管理及服務品質優化作業」滿意度評比結果出爐，金門縣表現亮眼，由金門縣政府榮獲「郵輪式推動單位組」優等，金門縣公共車船管理處則獲「客運單位組」優等殊榮。頒獎典禮於115年1月27日在觀光署台北旅服中心舉行，由觀光署署長陳玉秀親自頒獎，並由公共車船管理處處長楊沁杭代表領獎。
交通部觀光署表示，台灣好行每年皆邀集具運輸、觀光及旅遊專業背景之學者專家組成評比委員會，針對軟硬體設施、服務管理及整體品質等6大面向進行嚴謹評比，能自全國各縣市及國家風景區管理處所屬路線中脫穎而出，實屬不易，顯示金門線在服務品質與管理成效上深獲肯定。
金門觀光公車自102年12月加入台灣好行體系，並更名為「台灣好行金門線」，目前共規劃7條路線，包含A線水頭翟山線、B線古寧頭戰場線、C線獅山民俗村線、D線榕園太湖線、E線風獅爺主題線、F線尋城趣文化小旅行主題線及G線金門大橋烈嶼線，路線涵蓋金門主要觀光景點，讓旅客輕鬆暢遊古戰場風情與閩南聚落文化。
金門縣政府指出，縣長陳福海致力打造具地方特色的台灣好行服務，持續優化基礎設施並營造友善旅遊環境。近年推動多項創新便民措施，包括車內中英日韓四語影音導覽、低地板及無障礙車隊、免費Wi-Fi、線上訂位劃位系統（www.kinmendiway.com）、專屬CI車體塗裝及站牌設計等，有效提升路線附加價值與旅客搭乘意願，建立更完善的交通旅遊服務體系。
目前台灣好行金門線提供半日券、一日券、二日券，以及風獅爺主題套票與尋城趣主題套票等共6種票券選擇，票價分別為半日券250元、一日券400元、二日券700元，除可於7-ELEVEN及全家便利商店購買外，也可透過線上系統訂位或於車上使用Line Pay支付。相關搭乘及服務資訊，請洽金城車站082-325548、山外車站082-332814、沙美車站082-352360。
