為落實縣長陳福海「禮運大同篇」施政主軸，金門縣政府整合跨局處資源，持續推動「關懷獨居長者行動」，以實際行動展現對長者的重視與關懷。縣府於農曆春節前夕透過實地訪視、面對面關懷的方式，主動了解獨居長者的生活需求與身心狀況，在歲末寒冬之際送上溫暖祝福，致力打造溫馨且高齡友善的生活環境。
此次春節前關懷訪視，由縣府財政處處長陳國庭率領同仁，代表縣長陳福海親自前往探訪獨居長者林阿嬤，並致贈紀念品，提前向長者拜年賀歲。透過實際走入長者生活場域，不僅讓關懷落實於行動，更讓縣府的溫暖陪伴具體呈現。
訪視過程中，陳國庭處長親切與林阿嬤話家常，關心其日常起居、飲食狀況及健康情形，耐心傾聽生活點滴與心聲，讓長者深切感受到被關懷、被重視的溫暖情誼。陳處長也提醒近日氣溫偏低，務必注意保暖，保持均衡飲食與良好作息，同時轉達縣長陳福海的新春祝福與關愛之意。
林阿嬤雖年事已高，仍維持良好生活習慣，居家環境整理得井然有序，展現樂觀自立的生活態度。談及子女與孫輩在外地打拚、事業發展順利時，臉上不時露出欣慰笑容，言談間滿是對家人的祝福與期盼。儘管屋外寒風陣陣，屋內卻洋溢著溫馨歡樂的氣氛，陪伴的時光令人倍感暖心。
財政處表示，關懷獨居長者不僅是春節前的慰問行動，更是縣府長期推動高齡友善政策的重要一環。未來將持續秉持縣長陳福海「以人為本、共好共榮」的施政理念，結合各局處與社會資源，深化關懷服務，透過定期訪視、資源連結與溫暖陪伴，建構敬老、親老、愛老的在地共生社會，讓每位長者都能安享幸福、富足的晚年生活。
