隨著農曆春節將至，金門縣長陳福海高度關注鄉親返鄉團圓的交通需求，並責成縣政府觀光處妥善規劃春節疏運工作，全力協助鄉親順利往返台金。春節疏運管制期間（2月13日至2月23日），縣府已協調加開四波加班機，提供總計108,884個座位，較往年平均增加約5,508個座位，滿足鄉親搭機需求。
陳縣長表示，考量部分民眾反映訂不到機位，縣府自去年114年12月10日及今年1月6日便配合民航局開放前兩波訂位，並於1月7日至13日啟動需求調查。1月14日邀集民航局及航空公司召開協調會議，成功爭取第三波加班機，涵蓋台北、台中往返金門航線，並於1月19日正式開放訂位。
此外，縣府持續與民航局及航空公司協調，成功爭取第四波運能。除由縣府協調提供462個座位外，並在陳玉珍委員及相關單位協商下，透過放大機型再增加運能，總計新增1,646個座位。與去年同樣為9天連假相比，今年總座位數增加6,506個，進一步提升整體載運量。
在小三通航運方面，本次春運提供總計62,664個座位。2月15日至23日期間，廈金段（廈門往金門）提供31,332個座位，已訂位14,239人次（約45.4%）；金廈段（金門往廈門）同樣提供31,332個座位，已訂位14,428人次（約46%），各航次仍有餘位可供民眾利用。春運期間，因2月16日農曆除夕，原定下午13:30開航之航班延後至14:00，完成雙向對開後即停航；2月17日農曆初一則恢復正常航班服務。
陳縣長強調，縣府透過航空與海運的雙重協調，舒緩年節交通壓力，並強化現場服務機制。2月14日至16日，縣府於台北、台中、高雄、嘉義及台南機場設置鄉親服務櫃檯，提供即時協助與服務；2月15日至16日協調台北航空站於松山機場設置「聯合補位單一窗口」；2月21日至23日亦在金門航空站設置相同服務窗口，達到全面性服務，確保鄉親回家順暢、平安，團圓過好年。
