（1）日13時19分許，張姓陸客（70年次）騎乘微型電動二輪車，沿太湖路一段自新市圓環往太武山方向行駛，行經欲左轉赤東路時，與對向由黃姓民眾（93年次）駕駛、沿太湖路一段往新市圓環方向直行之自小客車發生碰撞。事故造成張姓騎士所騎乘之微電車右側煞車把手斷裂及車殼擦傷等車損，黃姓駕駛車輛前車頭板金亦有輕微擦傷，所幸現場無人受傷。警方到場處理，經初步酒測，雙方駕駛酒測值均為0，詳細肇事原因及責任歸屬仍待進一步調查釐清。

金湖分局提醒用路人，行經無號誌或設有交岔路口處，務必減速慢行，確實做到「慢、看、停」，並依路權規定禮讓通行；少車道車應讓多車道車先行，轉彎車應讓直行車先行，左方車應讓右方車先行。尤其慢車駕駛人若未依規定轉彎、超車、停車或通過交岔路口，將依《道路交通管理處罰條例》第73條第1項第3款規定舉發，籲請民眾共同遵守交通規則，維護行車安全。
