清明節將至，為協助旅外鄉親順利返鄉掃墓，縣府積極與交通部民用航空局協調爭取臺金航線運能。由於臺金空運第一波訂位作業已結束，部分航線需求較高，仍有鄉親未能順利訂到返鄉機位，縣府因此啟動未訂妥機位需求調查，並將依據調查結果向民航局及各航空公司協調爭取加開班機，以滿足鄉親返鄉需求。
本次調查受理時間為115年3月16日（週一）至3月19日（週四），共4天，調查臺金五條航線未訂妥機位的鄉親需求。民眾可透過網路系統登記，或於上班時間洽縣府縣民服務中心（外縣市請撥0800-318823）協助登錄需求資訊，登記網址：https://www.flight.url.tw/。縣府表示，調查結束後將立即彙整統計鄉親需求，儘速向民航局協調增加運能。
此外，清明連假航班管制期間為4月2日至4月7日，為確保空運資源有效運用並避免重複訂位影響他人權益，管制期間機票將加註「限當日有效」、「須於航班起飛前辦理退票」及「逾期作廢」等規定，提醒鄉親多加留意，實際航班資訊仍以各航空公司公告為準。
