金門縣消防局在「韌性臺灣－強化各類型義消科技化訓練與精進裝備中程計畫」114年度管考評比中，於全國23個單位中脫穎而出，榮獲特優第1名。消防局長呂英華13日出席內政部消防署擴大署務會報，由內政部長劉世芳親自頒獎肯定。呂英華表示，未來將持續強化義消訓練與裝備，提升救災救護量能，守護鄉親安全。
消防署推動該中程計畫期程為113年至118年，金門縣消防局於114年成功向中央爭取補助經費140萬8,995元，用於強化義消組織運作、提升訓練品質並充實裝備器材。近年已陸續完成特搜、無人機、後勤、企業、救護及水域等機能型義消訓練，同時辦理BLS基本救命術課程及無人機、救災機器人整合訓練，提升義消科技化救災能力。
在裝備方面，消防局分年採購消防衣帽鞋、空氣呼吸器組件及水域與救護裝備，並配發義消個人急救包IFAK，逐步補齊救災所需設備。消防局表示，未來將持續推動人力招募、教育訓練及裝備精進，全面提升義消協勤效能，強化整體防災救援能力，讓民眾生活更加安全。
