金門縣政府（13）日舉辦「115年政府採購監辦實務與契約變更暨爭議案例研析」課程，由主計處長王崑龍主持開場，並邀請行政院公共工程委員會專門委員徐偉峻擔任講師，透過系統化課程與案例解析，協助各機關人員深化政府採購法規與監辦實務的理解，提升採購作業專業能力與行政品質。

課程內容涵蓋採購監辦程序、契約變更管理及實務案例研析，並說明開標、比價議價、決標與驗收等各階段監辦重點，以及契約變更時機、價金調整與追加工程等議題；現場也安排綜合座談與Q&A交流，讓與會人員就實務問題與講師討論，強化對採購制度與契約管理的掌握。
