金門縣都市計畫委員會13日召開會議，由縣府秘書長張瑞心主持，會中審議多項都市計畫及土地使用相關議題。包括金湖綜合體育館增建審議案，以及變更金門特定區細部計畫土地使用分區管制要點等案件，並討論授權都市設計審議委員會審議整體開發區角地退縮後建築配置困難案件，透過委員專業意見，持續完善金門整體都市發展規劃。

另外，會議也討論金城地區細部計畫土地使用分區管制與都市設計準則通盤檢討案，以及自然村專用區容許使用項目增列案。臨時動議中，也審議金沙鎮衛生所出入口雨遮增建工程，希望改善民眾進出時的遮雨需求。城鄉發展處表示，都市計畫委員會是金門重要的都市規劃審議平台，將持續透過專業討論，確保都市發展兼顧公共利益與地方需求。
