金門縣政府社會處於115年3月14日在金寧鄉榜林社區活動中心舉辦「社區共生主題進階課程」，圓滿達成預期目標。本次課程匯聚各鄉鎮公所社會課長、承辦人及社區發展協會幹部，透過實務對話與案例激盪，展現出金門基層社區對於議題發掘、行動設計及永續治理的高度使命感。

陳縣長也對本次課程表達肯定，並指出社區是金門最重要的基層力量，而「永續、共生、在地行動」將是縣府未來推動社區發展的重要方向。縣府將持續透過培力課程、跨域合作與資源整合，協助社區建立更完整的支持網絡，讓每位社區夥伴都能安心投入、持續成長，共同打造更具韌性、共好與永續的金門。
