國立金門大學舉辦「蘭馨盃」全國創新創意競賽今（20）日舉行決賽，吸引15支隊伍角逐。最終由來自馬來西亞、就讀國立暨南國際大學的李芸奪冠，提出為期5天、限額15人、每人8萬8000元的金門高端封閉式行程，成功自眾多作品中脫穎而出，抱回3萬元獎金。副校長洪集輝於開幕式指出，金門尚未過度開發，正是最佳藍海市場；副縣長李文良也鼓勵參賽者深入在地，激盪更多創新觀光構想。
李芸團隊以「金門共生藝術祭」為核心，結合僑鄉文化與戰地歷史，參考瀨戶內國際藝術祭與馬祖國際藝術島經驗，提出從田野研創到國際敘事的整合藍圖，打造高端深度文化旅遊體驗。主辦單位表示，本屆初賽共49件作品，最終評選出前三名與多組佳作，內容涵蓋智慧旅遊、文化轉譯與永續發展等面向，展現青年世代對金門觀光創新的多元想像。
