為促進金門傳統建築的活化利用與經營管理經驗交流，金門縣政府城鄉發展處將於115年4月8日舉辦「走訪古厝與洋樓：交流經營實務經驗」活動，即日起開放報名，邀請古厝民宿及相關業者踴躍參與。活動以實地參訪與經驗分享為主軸，透過走訪優良案例，協助經營者從多元經營模式中汲取經驗，強化建築保存維護與永續經營能力，同時因應當前國旅市場變化，提供彼此交流與對話的平台。
本次活動將走訪榮獲「113年度傳統建築活化再利用評鑑」特優的「王慶雲洋樓（甄洋樓）」及「悠哉悠古厝民宿」，由經營團隊分享實務經驗與營運策略，內容涵蓋文化場域經營、古厝轉型民宿歷程及客群經營等議題，並安排綜合交流座談，深入探討經營挑戰與未來發展方向。城鄉發展處表示，期盼透過本次活動提升在地業者專業知能，持續推動傳統建築保存與活化。報名至4月1日止，名額有限，有意者可洽金門縣政府城鄉發展處報名參加。
