國立金門大學推動大學社會責任計畫，（1）日攜手金寧鄉衛生所、古寧頭社區發展協會及在地學校，於古寧村辦公處舉辦「節慶健康飲食．七餅飄香世代共融」活動。透過結合長者、學童與青年參與，打造兼具文化意涵與健康教育的交流平台。

歡慶兒童節，金湖鎮公所攜手昇恆昌股份有限公司，於4月1日與2日在昇恆昌金湖廣場國賓影城舉辦兒童節電影欣賞活動，包下6個影廳、共18場次，邀請轄區5所國小及幼兒園近1800位學童進場觀影。現場不僅有志工協助引導入場，鎮公所也安排遊覽車接送，並準備爆米花與飲品，讓孩子們在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中度過專屬節日。

今年選映以超級瑪利歐為主題的冒險電影，透過充滿想像力的故事，傳遞勇氣、合作與探索精神。金湖鎮長陳文顧表示，感謝企業長期支持在地教育，讓學童在娛樂中學習成長；代表會與校方也肯定活動帶來的交流與啟發。昇恆昌則指出，未來將持續深耕地方，透過多元活動陪伴孩子健康快樂成長。

在金門烈嶼，一處名為 L44 的戰地據點，曾從閒置營區轉型為活化示範點。中央投入千萬經費整建，地方政府接手營運，設置步道與展示設施，一度對外開放。然而短短數年，卻因人力不足與缺乏營運機制，最終再度走向封存，讓這場活化計畫戛然而止。

這不只是單一據點的失敗，而是制度性的縮影。權責在國防、國家公園與地方之間流動，卻無人負責到底；政策重建設、輕營運，空間在完工之時就埋下失敗伏筆。當人潮退去、維管中斷，據點只能回到原點。L44 的故事揭示一個關鍵問題——我們有能力打造空間，卻沒有制度承接它的生命。

獨自來金旅遊的史姓老翁日前在金門縣政府前徘徊，神情焦慮，經保全人員關懷發現疑似迷途，遂通報金城分局協助。警方到場後查證身分並聯繫家屬，得知老翁患有輕微失智症，此次自臺北來金旅遊，卻於外出後忘記返程路線，且無法說出下榻旅宿名稱。

為協助返宿，員警依其零星記憶，沿中正國小、民權路及莒光路一帶逐步尋找，透過街景與地標耐心引導，最終順利確認其入住旅宿，並交由業者協助照看，同時通知家屬來金接返。警方提醒，家中如有失智長者，應配戴聯絡資訊識別物，以利走失時即時協助，確保安全。

在兒童節前夕，名城有線電視可愛Q偶名妹與城哥帶了兒童節禮物前進校園，有可愛繪畫本贈送給全校師生，名城小小心意是要讓金門囝仔在求學過程中，可以擁有屬於孩子快樂的童年回憶，這也是名城有線電視董事長許雪芳辦親子活動的初心，名城有線電視董事長許雪芳表示:名城吉祥偶「名妹」與「城哥」就是希望在兒童節為孩子製造歡樂，兩隻Q版的電視偶只要走進校園，孩子們就很自然跟拍合照；給孩子一個大大擁抱是名妹城哥最暖心的動作；因為每位小朋友都是寶貝，孩子純真的笑容是名妹城哥兒童節巡迴校園最大宗旨。

金門縣消防局再傳捷報！金寧分隊隊員洪嘉壕榮獲社團法人國際生命線台灣總會「第一屆《珍愛生命線》十大生命救援獎」，並於4月1日赴臺晉見總統，接受公開表揚與嘉勉，展現長年深耕到院前緊急救護、守護生命的專業實力與奉獻精神。

本次「十大生命救援獎」由社團法人國際生命線台灣總會辦理，旨在表揚於各類生命救援領域中具有卓越貢獻之人員。在這個全國僅有10名的獎項中，洪嘉壕以「見義勇為即時救助類」脫穎而出，成為全國代表性得獎人之一，顯示其在關鍵時刻挺身而出、守護生命的專業能力與高度使命感，獲得高度肯定。此次頒獎典禮亦有多位關心生命教育與心理支持工作的代表出席，其中現任金門生命線協會榮譽理事長、生命線總會監事會召集人許雪芳亦到場見證並與得獎人合影留念，展現金門在急救實務與心理支持兩大面向攜手守護生命的共同理念。

清明節將至，金門縣長青會延續傳統習俗，號召志工與會員齊聚一堂製作應景發糕，除作為祭祖供品，也將成品分送獨居長者與弱勢族群，副縣長李文良、金城鎮長李誠智等人也到場參與，傳遞節慶關懷與溫暖。

長青會理事長許淑慧表示，清明節家家戶戶都有祭拜發糕的習慣，象徵「越拜越發」，寓意著新的一年順遂興旺。今年活動動員志工共同製作，使用3大包麵粉及約60斤地瓜，製作出約600顆發糕。
