金門縣防救災實力再度獲得中央高度肯定！內政部近日公布114年「強韌臺灣大規模風災震災整備與協作計畫」年度績效管考評核結果，金門縣在全國各縣市的激烈競爭中脫穎而出，以豐碩的整備成果與紮實的應變機制，榮獲最高榮譽「特優」佳績。這不僅代表金門縣在推動大規模災害整備工作上已達到全國領先水準，更象徵著防救災團隊長期的辛勤耕耘持續開花結果。

築起韌性島嶼！消防局執行「強韌臺灣風震災整備計畫」

「強韌臺灣大規模風災震災整備與協作計畫」由內政部補助，執行期程自112年至116年，旨在強化各地方政府對於複合式、大規模災害的應對能力。計畫核心聚焦於「自助、互助、公助」精神的落實，從政府單位的業務持續運作計畫、民間團體的協作支援，到企業防災與防災士的培力訓練等，全方位建構地方的防災韌性。消防局指出，強韌臺灣計畫114年度的評核重點包含大規模災害救災支援集結據點整備、公部門業務持續運作的精進、民間資源調查與協調機制，以及跨縣市相互支援機制的演練等。消防局作為承辦單位，執行期間除了協調並整合縣府相關局處資源外，更須與各鄉鎮公所、民間企業、韌性社區緊密配合。考量離島地理環境特殊性，一旦遭遇大型災害極易面臨物資與人力孤立的挑戰，因此在114年的成果中，特別辦理各項重大創新績效，包含縣長授旗各鄉鎮防災協作中心成立、推動防災士協會成立、韌性社區投入災防工作、與新北市辦理跨縣市兵棋推演、辦理同時2處收容所開設演練、辦理鄉鎮HSEEP演練、製作印尼版防災宣導三折頁於開齋節發放宣導等，強化極端情境下整體防災韌性。

為推動地方觀光與生態保育理念，金門縣政府持續推出「水獺阿特快閃：島嶼探險之旅」，巡迴五鄉鎮打造兼具教育性與娛樂性的特色活動。其中，「水獺阿特快閃計畫」第二站來到金寧鄉，並以「金寧場主題日」為活動亮點，吸引眾多親子家庭與遊客前往參與，在寓教於樂的氛圍中感受金門自然生態與人文魅力，為地方觀光注入嶄新活力。

此次金寧站活動自3月31日至4月29日於金寧鄉和平紀念園區展出，並於4月11日舉辦主題日活動。活動結合互動體驗、親子遊戲與文創元素，現場規劃造型槌球、大型彈珠台挑戰及熱轉印DIY等多項限定體驗，讓大小朋友在輕鬆愉快的氣氛中盡情參與，體驗兼具趣味與創意的旅遊活動，展現金門推動多元觀光的創新成果。

公視人生劇展新作《白鷺鷥其實是黑色怪物》近日在金門後豐港「洪暄古厝」開拍，本片結合拳擊、親情、與師徒成長，描繪一段意外交織的生命旅程。隨劇組進駐金門，由縣府觀光局協力支持的行銷系列片《白鷺鷥 車畚箕》也將同步展開拍攝，將金門獨有的人文推向國際視野。

製作人兼編劇許芸齊是「半個」金門人，她表示，《白鷺鷥其實是黑色怪物》劇本歷時6年完成，命名由來源自兒時經常聽到爸爸唱的金門順口溜《白鷺絲 車畚箕》，於是將金門特有的霧季、麥田、老牛、候鳥景觀、彈痕古厝、軌條砦海邊、與戰地標語等視覺意象，溶入故事中轉化為深刻的情感表達。

金沙國小男、女生籃球隊日前赴台角逐中華民國少年籃球發展協會舉辦之「2026中華民國第五十八屆全國少年籃球錦標賽」，女籃在U12女子MINI組一路過關斬將，同日兩度與台東賓茂對壘，皆以3分差擊退對手，最終抱回冠軍獎盃。

金沙國小表示，首先要誠摯的感謝各界對學校籃球運動之支持。金沙國小長年推動籃球運動，期待培養孩子良好的身體素質，且體育項目的訓練不只是追求勝負，更重要的是讓參與的孩子能學習團隊凝聚力與共好精神。俗話說球是圓的，球賽的關鍵不僅在球技，還有合作能力、打球默契與挫折容忍力的展現，故無論團隊人數多寡，仍持續推動。

金湖分局表示，115年4月9日18時27分許，陳姓男子騎乘普通重型機車行經環島南路往塔后方向行駛，於后園路段疑似因車速過快失控衝撞護欄，造成騎士輕微腦震盪及手腳擦挫傷，隨後送醫檢傷。警方接獲通報後立即趕抵現場處理，迅速排除事故並疏導交通，並對騎士實施酒測，初步排除酒後駕車情形，詳細肇事原因仍待警方進一步釐清。

警方提醒，駕駛人行經彎道或路況較為複雜路段時，應減速慢行並隨時注意車前狀況，避免因車速過快或操作不慎而發生交通事故。依據道路交通管理處罰條例第40條規定，汽機車駕駛人行車速度如超過規定最高時速未逾40公里者，可處新臺幣1,200元以上2,400元以下罰鍰。

警方指出，近期網路購物詐騙案件頻傳，詐騙集團常以熱門商品、限時優惠或清倉特賣等話術吸引買家，要求以匯款、賣貨便或第三方支付等方式付款，匯款後即失去聯繫，導致民眾財物損失；更有不法分子假冒賣家或客服人員，以「訂單錯誤」、「重複扣款」等理由，誘導民眾操作ATM或網路銀行，進行解除分期付款，騙取款項。
