金湖鎮瓊林社區今日傳出一則溫馨善舉。育昇旅行社負責人蔡宗佑與巨登旅行社負責人蔡添丁兄弟，為感念母親黃秀治生前與社區的深厚情誼，兩人各自捐出18萬元，共計36萬元回饋瓊林社區發展協會，作為推動長者關懷與社會福利之用。蔡添丁表示，兄弟多年在台灣打拼，雖偶爾返鄉探望母親，但始終覺得陪伴不足；母親生前長期參與社區供餐活動，與村里長輩互動密切，也時常提及社區給予的照顧與溫暖，讓兄弟倆銘記在心。母親辭世後，兩人決定以捐款方式表達感謝，希望把這份情誼回饋給養育他們的家鄉。

蔡懷芝表示，這筆善款承載著兄弟對母親深厚的思念與感恩，也象徵母愛以另一種形式在地方延續，讓善意持續在社區流動。出席見證的蔡乃靖也指出，瓊林社區長期推動長者陪伴、健康促進及青銀共學等服務，致力打造有溫度的在地照顧網絡，但相關工作仍需穩定資源支持。此次善款的挹注，不僅有助於強化社區服務能量，也讓關懷從制度延伸至日常生活，進一步照顧更多有需要的居民，為地方注入更多溫暖與力量。

金寧鄉伯玉路桃園路段，於(4)日10時50分許發生一起交通事故，一名來金遊玩的陸客鍾姓女子騎乘微型電動二輪車沿伯玉路右轉往桃園路東洲向行駛，因操作不當自撞路緣石後，導致失控再碰撞上停等紅燈由黃姓男子所駕駛的自小客車，事故造成雙方車輛毀損，現場鍾姓女子表示身體傷勢不嚴重，由消防隊簡易處理包紮。金城分局於現場對當事人實施酒測，初步排除酒後駕車行為，至於詳細肇事原因正在釐清中。

金城分局提醒民眾，駕駛車輛時，應對自身車輛狀況要有一定的認知，操作中全程保持警覺，並隨時注意車前狀況，有突發狀況才能及時反應，避免發生交通事故。

金城鎮民權路西南門里公所前路段於(4)日約10時50分許發生一起交通事故，鍾姓男子駕駛自小客車沿民權路西南門里公所前路段欲迴轉往金城國中方向時，與沿民權路直行往縣政府方向行駛由陳姓女子(及附載乘客陳女)所騎乘之普通重型機車發生碰撞，事故造成雙方車輛受損，陳姓女子及其所附載乘客陳女受傷，由消防隊送往金門醫院做進一步檢查。金城分局於現場對雙方駕駛實施酒測，皆未有飲酒情形，至於詳細肇事原因釐清中。

金城分局表示，依照道路交通安全規則規定第106條第1項第5款，汽車迴車前，應暫停並顯示左轉燈光或手勢，看清無來往車輛，並注意行人通過，始得迴轉。再次提醒駕駛人，行經路口或路段應確實遵守「慢、看、停」原則，注意禮讓並減速慢行，以避免事故發生。

金門地區於日前晚間遭受強烈降雨襲擊，導致部分低窪路段瞬間積水。一名年邁長者騎乘四輪電動代步車行經金門縣政府前路段時，不幸因積水深重導致車輛故障，受困於車道中動彈不得。所幸金城分局員警執行任務途中及時發現，冒著大雨徒手推車，順利引導老翁脫離險境。

晚間 20 時 50 分許，金城派出所副所長黃啟成、員警楊書銘及警備隊員鍾楷博，於執行任務行經縣政府前民生路段時，發現一名老翁神色慌張地停留在右轉車道上。當時現場正值瞬間強降雨，路面嚴重積水，老翁所騎乘之四輪電動代步車疑似因機件受潮故障，受困於深水區中，隨時有被後方來車追撞之風險。

針對壟口營區及周邊戰地遺構保存與活化議題，金門縣政府日前召開會議進行討論，聚焦於石條構築之歷史建築及其戰地文化價值。會中指出，壟口207號一帶及相關據點具備完整歷史背景，且與安東一、二、三等據點形成連貫防線，深具保存與展示意義。目前自行車道已可通行至壟口區域，未來規劃設置中繼站，進一步串聯各節點，強化觀光與文化導覽功能，相關內容亦將納入整體規劃。

不過，現階段仍面臨土地權屬分散與管理權責未明等問題，影響後續維護與活化推動。縣府表示，即使短期內土地尚未完成撥用，也應建立基本管理與維護機制，確保戰地遺構與設施安全。未來將持續與國家公園及相關單位協調，研擬具體管理模式與合作機制，兼顧地方需求與歷史保存，逐步推動壟口營區整體環境整理與文化資產活化。

金門縣金寧鄉（3）日中午發生牛隻跌落水溝意外，一頭重達約600公斤的黑牛受困溝內無法脫困，民眾發現後立即通報消防單位到場協助，經多方嘗試救援，最終順利將牛隻救出，所幸未釀更大傷害。

據了解，事故地點位於金寧鄉沙崗通往安東一營區附近路段，該頭飼養約2年的安格斯黑牛不慎跌入防風林旁水溝，由於體型龐大，無法自行脫困。消防人員獲報後趕抵現場，立即展開救援行動，並嘗試以各種方式協助牛隻脫困，但因重量過重，救援過程一度受阻。
