金門港旅運中心即將試營運，金門縣長陳福海今天在就職3週年活動表示，旅運大樓對金門未來影響很大，「讓這棟大樓迎接全世界的好朋友來到金門，這就是金門的門面。」

為期兩天的「2026 金門馬拉松」於今日（1 月 25 日）在終點線後的熱烈掌聲與歡笑聲中圓滿落幕。這場邁入第十九屆的體育盛事，延續了雙日賽事的傳統，首日（24 日）由 6,300 名休閒組跑者率先於金城田徑場起跑。

運動部政務次長鄭世忠在起跑前首先致詞表示，金門縣政府為了賽道友善，特意優化賽道，祝福大家都有很好的成績，平安順利！金門縣副縣長李文良隨後代表縣長陳福海致詞表示，歡迎並感謝 24 個國家的跑友共同參與金門馬拉松，今天的天氣非常適合跑步，預祝選手創造佳績，另外也預告明年2027金門馬拉松會擴大舉辦，邀請大家明年再來參加，愈來愈喜歡金門！

陸委會主委邱垂正(23)日下午跨海前往金門主持兩岸「小三通」啟動25周年未來展望座談會，邀請專家、學者針對「小三通」實施以來對金門、馬祖及兩岸，在經濟、社會、政治及安全等方面之影響、各項政策與法規執行之檢討與未來策進方向，以及「小三通」在兩岸關係中的角色與未來可能性，與因應「小三通」及兩岸情勢變化對政府政策之建議等議題進行討論。

會中有學者提及，大陸的大嶝翔安機場即將啟用，每年將有數百萬的國際旅客進出，若能興建先前向政府提出的馬山港、抑或民間倡議的建造金廈大橋，讓大批的國際旅客也能方便入境金門觀光，對地方的經濟發展將有莫大的助益。

胡璉文化藝術基金會主辦的「第二屆伯玉盃書法比賽」得獎名單出爐，頒獎典禮將於1月24日上午10點在金門酒廠行政大樓多媒體室舉行，公開表揚各組得獎者，肯定其在書法藝術上的努力與成果。本屆比賽分為國小中、高年級組、國中組、高中組及社會組，吸引各年齡層書法愛好者踴躍參加，參賽作品整體水準亮眼，充分展現書法教育向下扎根與金門書藝文化的深厚底蘊。

評審團由陳財發、李清源、洪明燦、唐敏達、洪松柏等人擔任，評選時依不同年齡層書寫發展階段，從用筆、結構、韻味及章法配置等面向進行綜合評定，力求公平與專業。各組金獎分別由蔡孜含、王柔淇、石凌榛、楊宸安及王淳禧獲得。基金會表示，期盼透過比賽鼓勵更多民眾親近書法藝術，培養文化素養，持續推動金門傳統書藝的傳承與發展。

2026金門馬拉松於24日清晨在金城田徑場開跑，副縣長李文良、運動部政務次長鄭世忠及多位貴賓共同鳴槍，休閒組分為健跑與健走組，共約6,300人參加，年齡從1歲到94歲不等，充分展現全民運動精神。選手沿浯江北堤、環島西路及歷史古蹟牧馬侯祠，輕鬆欣賞金門風光，親子與銀髮族皆樂在其中。

完賽選手領取特製玻璃瓶紀念酒，並享受現場歌舞表演、熱食補給及「等重高粱酒」摸彩活動，場面熱鬧溫馨。提供豐富完賽禮與獎品，為金門馬拉松第一天留下難忘回憶。

農曆新年將至，金門縣觀光處邀集多位在地書法家於歷史古蹟總兵署舉辦「春聯揮毫活動」，由書法家現場揮毫書寫春聯，將祝福化為墨香，傳遞新春意象與金門文化特色。活動吸引不少鄉親與遊客駐足欣賞，近距離感受書法藝術之美，也為古蹟空間增添濃厚人文氣息。

金門縣秘書長張瑞心及觀光處長許積鑫親自參與揮毫，與書法家交流書藝，現場氣氛熱絡溫馨。觀光處表示，透過書法揮毫結合歷史場域，不僅推廣在地藝術文化，也讓民眾在歲末時節提前感受春意，進一步提升總兵署的文化觀光吸引力，營造兼具傳統與人情味的觀光體驗。

金門治安近日頻傳暴力事件，引發民眾恐慌。115年1月22日凌晨，金寧鄉慈湖路1段超商前，因10萬元債務糾紛，雙方駕車威嚇、敲打車窗，瞬間演變為公共危險事件。

警方成立專案小組，6小時內迅速逮捕3名犯嫌，夜晚出入街頭已不再安心，安全感明顯下降。警方呼籲民眾遇債務糾紛應走法律途徑，切勿以暴力或威脅解決問題。金門警方強調對任何滋事零容忍，持續加強巡邏與快速偵辦勤務，但近期事件暴露地方治安仍存在隱憂，民眾也對生活安全感到焦慮。

國立金門大學運動與休閒學系為提升研究生專業學術的能力，並配合金門馬拉松活動，1/23日舉辦「2026馬拉松賽會與運動休閒教育學術研討會」，吸引許多校內外師生參加。

本次研討會匯聚了頂尖學者以及相關研究人員，共同分享他們的研究和經驗。開幕典禮由縣政府李文良副縣長致詞，國立體育大學黃東治副校長等亦到場致詞，參加貴賓包括國立體育大學黃東治副校長、推廣中心黃永寛主任，體育推廣系黃美瑤教授及黃靖惟教授，休閒產業經營學系葉怡矜教授。國立屏東大學林瑞興體育室主任、體育系林耀豐系主任。國立清華大學，師資培育中心，張俊一教授。國立高雄大學，運動健康與休閒學系，張志成教授。長庚科技大學，通識教育中心陳文詮教授。台北海洋科技大學，海洋運動休閒與觀光管理系，楊人智教授。明新科技大學，運動事業管理系，黎正評教授，等多位專家，並辦理四場演講。

本次研討會的發表論文，作者投稿經專家審查通過後，共計錄取30篇論文，其中20篇為口頭發表，10篇為海報發表，論文的研究主題包括賽會與產業經營，銀髮族健康促進暨幼兒體能教育，參加研討者都表達獲益良多。

金大運休系蔡佈曦主任表示，此次研討會深入對運動科系發展趨勢與問題研討，促進學術界和產業界之間的知識交流和經驗分享，期能建立運動休閒產業對於全球化時的經營和策略共識，並對學界、產業界和政府提出具有建設性之意見，同時亦提升本系研究生競爭力。

金門大學陳建民校長表示，感謝國立體育大學黃永寬教授，與體大學生的投稿，運動與休閒學系董燊教授，林本源主任、黃仲淩教授、溫景財教授等師長的協助，與會貴賓擔任研討會的主持人或評論人，針對發表的論文提出專業指導。本次研討會的舉辦，讓師生與外校參與的發表者進行更多元的交流，並增進彼此的專業學術知能，未來將持續和擴大辦理研討會。

因應金門地區民生用電需求成長及地方經濟建設發展，台電公司積極推動「金門塔山電廠新設第11、12號機發電計畫」。台電今（22）日於金城鎮公所七樓展演廳，舉辦環境影響說明書公開會議，由台電公司副總經理鄭慶鴻主持，向在地民眾說明計畫內容，並聆聽各界意見。

台電表示，該計畫將於塔山電廠現有第9、第10號機組南側空地，新設兩部燃油引擎機組及相關附屬設施，總裝置容量為2.6萬瓩以下，未來可有效提升金門電力系統供應能力，確保供電穩定，滿足民生及產業發展需求。
