農曆春節將屆，台電金門塔山發電廠攜手金門區營業處及除役選址溝通中心，舉辦「銀髮關懷│採購年貨活動」，由廠長陳啟賢率領志工團隊「一對一」陪同電廠周邊社區長者前往量販賣場採買年節必需品，並提供打包、運送到家的貼心服務，讓長輩與年貨一同平安返家，安心迎接新年。
活動於3日上午展開，台電動員人車前往前水頭、後豐港、賢庵、古城、夏興、后園及烈嶼鄉東林、湖下等地接送長者。志工陪伴長輩細心挑選年貨、協助整理裝箱並送回家中，讓獨居或行動不便的長者感受年節溫暖與關懷。
陳啟賢表示，金門因人口外流，許多長者獨自生活，面臨照顧與用電安全問題。塔山發電廠自104年起推動銀髮關懷系列活動，除年貨採購外，亦辦理家訪、用電檢查與圍爐餐會，實踐台電關懷社會的責任，持續將溫暖送進社區。
