金門縣消防局於115年1月14日辦理「114年度公職人員財產申報實質審查公開抽籤」作業，由局長呂英華親自主持。依據法務部規定，申報義務人需抽查10％比例，在該局4名申報人中抽出1人接受實質審查，並同時比對前後年度申報資料，以檢視有無申報不實、財產異常增減或來源不明等情形。
抽籤結果由局長呂英華親自抽出「本人」中籤，這也是局長連續第二年接受實質審查。現場主管打趣表示：「局長連續親手抽中自己，實屬難得。」此舉充分展現首長以身作則，也彰顯消防局已將陽光法案的透明、公正與公開落實。
呂局長指出，公職人員財產申報法是政府陽光法案的重要環節，旨在透過全民監督，要求特定職務公職人員提供個人、配偶及未成年子女財務狀況，樹立清廉形象，提升民眾對政府施政的信賴。此舉亦與縣長陳福海提出的「公開透明、廉潔自持及廉能治理」施政願景相呼應。
政風室表示，依《公職人員財產申報資料審核及查閱辦法》第11條規定，所屬機關首長財產申報資料由上級政風機關查核，本次中籤局長將依規函報縣政府政風處進行審查。此外，法務部近年推廣「網路授權介接財產資料」及「網路申報財產」措施，在政風室宣導下，消防局114年度網路授權及申報比例均達100％，不僅減輕查詢負擔，也有效降低因申報錯誤受罰風險，實現陽光法案零裁罰目標。
