響應2025年世界心理健康日「災難與逆境下的心理健康與韌性」主題，金門縣衛生局於10月18日舉辦「心影漫遊–跟著心去旅行」電影賞析活動，邀請鄉親透過觀影與對話，認識心理健康的重要性，探索情緒調適與內在力量的培養。
本次活動選映電影《怪奇寶貝》，講述一位單親父親在喪妻後努力照顧子女、面對哀傷的歷程。影片中呈現的親子情感衝突與相互療癒，引導觀眾思考失落、悲傷與關係重建的課題。現場並特別邀請曾杏榕院長進行導讀與心理解析，協助民眾深入理解角色情緒，並將電影情節與日常心理調適相互連結。
衛生局表示，透過電影賞析這一親民且富療癒性的方式，期望讓更多人以輕鬆角度接觸心理健康議題，學會察覺自身情緒、善用心理資源。局方也鼓勵民眾踴躍參與各項心理健康促進活動，如有需要，可撥打衛福部1925（依舊愛我）安心專線，或聯繫金門縣社區心理衛生中心傾聽專線（082-337885）尋求協助，與專業人員一同走向正向、幸福的心生活。
