馬來西亞柔佛州金同廈會館會長陳泗欽、砂拉越金門會館主席洪益勤率團回金門省親，針對團員關心的兩岸問題，副縣長李文良說，如果從報章雜誌來看，是會比較緊張一點，但只要親自走一趟金門或廈門，可以感覺緊張的氛圍少一點，金門要在兩岸間取得平衡，是有智慧的。
陳泗欽、洪益勤及僑親一行18人拜會金門縣政府，副縣長李文良率社會處處長王茲繐、副處長王智育展開僑務交流，陳、洪對於僑親與金門的聯繫和兩岸近況表示關心。
李文良表示，只要到金門或廈門，大概緊張的氛圍會再少一點，金門縣政府還是會跟廈門市政府有一些事務上的對接；至於台北和中國北京，相對來講就會比較緊張一點，畢竟各自都有立場要表達，不論如何，金門都希望穩定發展。 相信會長和主席到金門，應該也會發現，金門好像沒有報章雜誌寫的那麼緊張，這不是說兩岸之間很穩定，而是金門和廈門之間還是有一些溝通的管道，和金門有關的訊息，相信台北和福建台辦方面也都能掌握，原則上金門還是相對安全，相對平安。
李文良說，針對陳泗欽邀請金門10月25日組團參加柔佛州金同廈會館成立60週年，由於屆時適逢縣長選舉期間，縣府較為忙碌，但會盡量安排人員前往共襄盛舉。 縣府表示，柔佛州金同廈會館最初籌組成立，是依據歷史淵源由金門、廈門、同安人3個籍貫組合而成，於1966年10月25日註冊成立；故有古諺：「無金不成同，金同本一家」。砂拉越金門會館的成立，旨在聯絡及聯繫同鄉情誼，照顧鄉親及社會的福利，促進教育及慈善公益事業之進展。1993年成立青年團與婦女組，獲鄉親支持，購得1棟4層樓會所。
