為促進兒少與家庭福祉，金城社會福利館於11月7日舉辦「兒少及家庭社區支持服務方案」活動，邀請社區居民、志工及各界資源夥伴共同參與，探討如何整合社會資源，打造有溫度的社區支持網絡
活動中，主辦單位強調，廣義的社會資源包含人力、物力、財力、制度與設施等，無論有形或無形，都可協助完成社會服務目標。專家指出，資源不僅在於數量，更重要的是如何運用與整合，例如：金錢固然重要，但人力動員與社會關係網絡往往更具影響力。
透過實務案例與討論，不僅了解社區內有哪些資源可以使用，也學會如何發掘無形資源，整合人力與組織力量，提升社區服務的深度與效益。
