為協助金門在地青年創業者與早期創業家強化市場競爭力，因應產業環境與消費行為快速變化，金門縣政府在「114年金門縣青年創業輔導及創業一站式服務計畫」架構下，推出「開店成功學2.0版」第一梯次趨勢培訓班，透過系統化課程設計，協助在地創業者建立更完整的經營思維與實務行動策略。
產業發展處表示，根據課前問卷調查顯示，高達59.3%的金門業者認為「行銷與曝光不足」是目前創業經營的最大困境，另有超過8成受訪者對「市場趨勢與商業模式策略」及「品牌建構與經營」等主題表達高度學習需求。為回應在地實際狀況，本梯次培訓班以「進階行銷」為核心，整合創業決策、品牌經營、行銷曝光與成交轉換等關鍵面向，補齊多數創業培訓中常見的斷層。
本次課程由計畫首席顧問余瑞銘領軍，邀集品牌診斷專家蔡文旗、餐飲行銷講師林大朗及銷售實戰講師林庭旭組成講師群，堪稱青創輔導「四大天王」。課程內容涵蓋「創業心態建立」、「加盟與自創品牌評估」、「品牌定位與再造」、「青創餐飲成長策略」、「在地小店行銷術」、「短影音與社群流量經營」、「選址與店面管理」等主題，循序引導學員從策略思考走向實際執行，掌握創業初期最常面臨的核心課題。
產業發展處進一步指出，考量金門業者營運型態與青年學員學習需求，本梯次課程經課前問卷與意願訪查後，規劃於週日與週一辦理，並於2月至3月間以密集式方式進行。每堂課3小時，共計8堂、24小時完整培訓，讓創業者能在較具彈性的時段投入學習，並即時將課程內容轉化為實務規劃，提升培訓成效。
為鼓勵學員完整參與，縣府同步規劃分級式學習支持與參與獎勵機制，凡完成全程研習者，將核發研習證明並提供千元學習回饋禮券；完成半數以上課程者，亦可獲得參與鼓勵。此外，每堂課針對優先報名且全程實際出席的學員，另提供即時學習回饋，提升互動品質與完課率。
