金門縣政府（19）日召開「前瞻基礎建設計畫暨離島建設基金補助計畫114年度第4季執行情形檢討會議」，由副縣長陳祥麟主持，這也是他上任副縣長後首度主持的公開會議。會中針對前瞻基礎建設及離島建設基金多項列管計畫逐一檢視執行進度，要求各主責單位確實掌握期程，確保建設品質與效益 。

會議指出，前瞻基礎建設計畫中，列管經費達5,000萬元以上案件共計2案，其中1案進度正常、1案略有落後。針對落後的「金門自來水智慧型水網計畫」，陳祥麟要求相關單位加強進度控管，透過智慧管理與數據整合，提升供水效率並降低漏水率，確保計畫如期完成 。
