金門縣衛生局於2025年10月15日接獲部立金門醫院通報2例疑似屈公病病例，經採檢送驗疾病管制署後，於10月17日檢驗報告結果為陽性，確定為境外移入屈公病確診個案。經疫調顯示，2名個案為本國籍50多歲同住家人，於10月初曾前往中國廣東省自由行，並於10月7日返金，10月9日起陸續出現發燒、關節痛及紅疹等症狀，研判於廣東省活動期間遭病媒蚊叮咬而感染。

針對近期本縣出現2例境外移入屈公病確診個案，提醒計畫前往中國廣東省或其他屈公病流行地區之民眾，務必於旅途中加強防蚊措施。建議穿著淺色長袖衣褲，並使用政府核可、含敵避（DEET）、派卡瑞丁（Picaridin）或伊默克（IR3535）成分之防蚊液，以降低遭病媒蚊叮咬的風險。
