金門縣政府社會處為有效改善本縣轄區內中小型企業工作環境，及提升勞工就業安全、降低職業災害嚴重性，自11月18日起至20日止連續三日，假縣府多媒體簡報室與金門縣消防局合作辦理「急救人員安全衛生教育訓練」。參訓人數計有來自本縣公部門及企業勞工共62人。

社會處長王茲繐於致詞時指出，依據職業安全衛生教育訓練規則第15條暨勞工健康保護規則第9 條規定，急救人員，每一輪班次應至少置一人；其每一輪班次勞工總人數超過五十人者，每增加五十人，應再置一人。本縣因人口與地理環境影響，未有相關訓練單位辦理，企業有心設置卻要派員至台灣本島受訓，舟車勞頓，故為服務轄區內企業爰辦理本次「急救人員安全衛生教育訓練」，以符所需。
消防局洪隊員授課情形
本次三天之訓練共計16小時，特邀請金門縣消防局李正義小隊長、洪嘉壕隊員及許俊偉隊員擔任講師，分享其豐富之急救經驗與知識，期能透過本次教育訓練協助企業建立更安全之工作環境；並使勞工具備急救之能力，當不幸發生意外時，可即時發揮急救的效果，減少人員損傷與財務的損失。
