縣府委託國立金門大學辦理｢114年照顧服務員培訓班｣乙班，於11月19日下午舉行結訓典禮，共有21人結訓，金門大學健康護理學院院長謝嫣娉教授出席、護理學系謝秀芳副教授主持結業式，社會處副處長王智育出席頒發結業證書。

社會處表示，縣府為因應學員訓後實際從事照服員工作人數偏低之情況，今年仍然維持去(113)年招生模式，改以有意願從事照顧服務員相關工作者為優先錄訓對象；訓練費用，則改為事先全額收取，並在學員符合一定之就業條件後，再給予全額、八成或五成不等之補助。另為增強學員考照能力並充實學員實作技術，訓練時數由往年的100小時、110小時，今年再提高為112小時。

本次課程，招收33人，21人繳費參訓且全部取得照顧服務員結業證書，該證書係經由衛生福利部開發之管理系統製發，並於其上印製QRCode用以供識別、查詢證書的真實性。

另外，結訓典禮結束後，本縣多家長照機構應邀來到現場辦理徵才活動，由學員與機構人員面對面交流，藉由此種媒合活動提升訓後就業率。

社會處特別於結業式中感謝金大護理系自民國108年起連續7年協助縣府辦理照顧服務員培訓，又在今年暑假期間特別協助縣府開辦首次「照顧服務員技術士技能檢定術科加強班」，大幅提升縣民通過今年八月首度在離島舉辦的國家技術士技能檢定「照顧服務人員單一級即測即評及發證」技能檢定考試及格率。

金門縣政府社會處於17日與勞動部合辦「共融職場新思維：職場合理調整概念與實務宣導說明會」，邀集企業代表、公部門人事代表、勞檢與職災承辦人員等共 40 餘人參與。本次活動旨在深化各界對「職場合理調整」的理解，並期望透過實務交流，讓合理調整不再只是政策文字，而是每一個工作場域中實際可行的支持行動。

社會處處長王茲繐於致詞時指出，為徹底落實《身心障礙者權利公約》（CRPD）精神，勞動部已於今年 7 月公告《身心障礙者職場合理調整行政指導》。王處長表示，雖然金門身障人口佔設籍人口比率不高（約 4.5%），但共融的概念應涵蓋所有夥伴，包括行動不便者和懷孕者等。她呼籲人資夥伴和主管應主動扮演協助者，透過調整軟硬體措施，讓所有員工能融入職場並發揮最大能量，並期透過此次說明會，能將合理調整的概念落實到日常管理與職場文化中，進一步推動金門成為共融友善就業的縣市，提升永續競爭力。

勞動部勞動力發展署特定對象就業組黃雅鈴科長進一步闡明，「合理調整」源於身權公約，未來將納入《身心障礙者權益保障法》第 16 條，成為雇主的法定義務。黃科長特別提醒，合理調整是人權概念，與「有障礙處境」的每個人都有關，且實施的關鍵在於必須與身障者進行協商；若缺乏溝通協商，行政部門在相關爭議中將可能處於不利地位。她強調，合理調整是提醒雇主多做「一點點」，但前提是「合理」才做，不合理則不必承擔，希望透過課程釐清界線。

金門縣政府社會處為有效改善本縣轄區內中小型企業工作環境，及提升勞工就業安全、降低職業災害嚴重性，自11月18日起至20日止連續三日，假縣府多媒體簡報室與金門縣消防局合作辦理「急救人員安全衛生教育訓練」。參訓人數計有來自本縣公部門及企業勞工共62人。

社會處長王茲繐於致詞時指出，依據職業安全衛生教育訓練規則第15條暨勞工健康保護規則第9 條規定，急救人員，每一輪班次應至少置一人；其每一輪班次勞工總人數超過五十人者，每增加五十人，應再置一人。本縣因人口與地理環境影響，未有相關訓練單位辦理，企業有心設置卻要派員至台灣本島受訓，舟車勞頓，故為服務轄區內企業爰辦理本次「急救人員安全衛生教育訓練」，以符所需。

消防局洪隊員授課情形

本次三天之訓練共計16小時，特邀請金門縣消防局李正義小隊長、洪嘉壕隊員及許俊偉隊員擔任講師，分享其豐富之急救經驗與知識，期能透過本次教育訓練協助企業建立更安全之工作環境；並使勞工具備急救之能力，當不幸發生意外時，可即時發揮急救的效果，減少人員損傷與財務的損失。

金門縣政府社會處定於114年11月14日在金城綜合社會福利館2樓多功能教室，偕同本縣心衛中心聯合辦理「114年執業安全訓練暨擴展實境(XR)教育訓練互動學習系統計畫」，特聘新竹市政府社會處婦女兒童少年福利科鄭君萍督導擔任本次教育訓練講師，講授社會工作人身安全及執業安全擴展實境(XR)系統操作，計有社會處及心衛中心近百名社工參加。

為了讓社工能更安心地服務，社會處持續加強人身安全與危機應變訓練。

社會處呼籲，公務人員與社會工作人員在提供服務時，致力於傾聽與協助每一位民眾的需求。然而，社工的工作性質往往伴隨高度壓力與風險，特別是在處理家庭暴力、性侵害等敏感議題時，更需要在安全與信任的基礎上進行溝通。

為了讓社工能更安心地服務，社會處持續加強人身安全與危機應變訓練，並運用實境模擬等方式，幫助同仁學習如何在緊張情境中保持冷靜、妥善應對；同時也誠摯地希望民眾在接受公務服務時，能秉持理性、尊重與對等溝通的態度，避免肢體衝突或言語辱罵等行為，因為惟有彼此尊重、理性對話，才能共同營造安全、溫暖且互信的社會服務環境。

社會處希望社工們能透過本次辦理的執業安全擴展實境(XR)教育訓練，在執行社會工作前就能預先了解在從事相關工作時可能會面臨到的各種情境，學習如何完善處理、做好心理建設，除了提高自身的臨場應對能力，更能夠全面保護自身安全，讓社會工作得以順利推行、增進社會福祉。

社會處也強調，保護員工人身安全是雇主的責任，所有社工同仁在服務期間如有遭遇不理性民眾的騷擾，縣府勢必會採取相應的保護行動，決不會讓社工獨自承受。

由廣達文教基金會推動的《游於藝》金門盟今（12）日在中正國小隆重舉行聯合開幕典禮。今年展覽以「宋潮好好玩」為主題，小學生化身古裝小小導覽員，帶領觀眾穿越時空、走進宋代畫作的世界。透過多媒體展演、互動導覽與創意策展，讓古典藝術自然融入現代校園生活。

開幕典禮由中正堂風舞蹈團揭開序幕，以舞姿詮釋宋代藝術的優雅與生命力，展現中正國小學生的美感與表現力。隨後由三位小小導覽員——楊喬嫣、楊喆惟、許宸伃——穿著古裝介紹多幅宋代畫作。其中，405班的許宸伃更以流利的金門話導覽「文房四寶」，巧妙結合本土語言與藝術欣賞，呈現中正國小在語文與藝術統整教學上的創意成果。

小尖兵王皓筠也在活動中分享導覽經驗，他表示：「導覽讓我更認識宋朝畫作，也讓我學會勇敢說話。這是一次很特別的學習經驗。」孩子們真誠的分享，正是藝術教育在潛移默化中培養的成果。

值得一提的是，擔任司儀的金湖國中9年級學生林玥潼，於113學年度參加由廣達文教基金會主辦的「第16屆廣達游於藝獎導覽達人競賽」中學組全國決賽，以結構清晰、情感真摯與穩健台風脫穎而出，榮獲全國首獎，並同時獲得國立台灣博物館館長獎之殊榮。這是金湖國中首次入盟便表現卓越，在全台22縣市及海外台灣學校、總計1641件投稿作品的競爭中脫穎而出，格外令人振奮。

出席開幕活動的縣府參議陳金增表示，廣達文教基金會長期推動《游於藝》計畫，讓藝術能夠在偏鄉地區發光，縣府也樂於成為最堅強的後盾。他指出，藝術教育不僅培養美感，更讓孩子學會用不同的角度看世界；金門雖遠，但孩子的創意和表現一點也不輸給城市。他並感謝各校師生的投入，讓藝術在金門的校園中落地生根。

行政院金馬聯合服務中心執行長吳增允也肯定此次活動的重要意義。他表示，《游於藝》計畫的推動，是讓藝術走入生活的最佳實踐，讓離島的孩子能有舞台展現才華與創意。金門的學生充滿活力與想法，透過藝術，他們不僅認識文化，也能培養自信，展現金門的軟實力。

中正國小身為金門盟盟主學校，負責教師研習、盟校管理及小尖兵培訓等任務，攜手金城國中、金湖國中、賢庵國小、多年國小與何浦國小等校，共同推動藝術教育在離島的深耕，展現「共學、共創、共好」的教育願景。

校長陳為信表示，藝術教育不僅是美感的培養，更是思考與表達的歷程。希望孩子能學會觀察生活、感受美，並用自己的方式表達對世界的理解。他也特別感謝縣府對教育經費的挹注與廣達基金會的長期陪伴，使偏鄉孩子也能擁有豐富的藝術學習資源。

廣達文教基金會協理吳宛娟強調，藝術不是遙不可及的殿堂，而是生活的一部分。當孩子在導覽、創作、表演的過程中找到自信，那就是藝術教育最動人的時刻。金門盟的開幕，既開啟了展覽的序幕，也延續了教育的旅程。

開幕後，展覽將自中正國小出發，陸續巡迴金城國中、金湖國中、多年國小、賢庵國小及何浦國小，展期橫跨半年，橫越金門東西兩半島，各校小尖兵將在展覽期間擔任導覽員，帶領校內同學一起走進藝術的世界，讓美在日常中萌芽，也盼外界能持續給予關注與支持。

金門流行舞蹈團（KDC）年度大型舞蹈公演《DANCE IS…》將於11月15日晚間6點30分在金門縣文化局演藝廳盛大登場。今年KDC特別準備限量公演禮物，包含高質感製作的公演紀念手冊與演唱會必備手燈，讓觀眾在欣賞表演的同時，也能一起點亮現場，共同打造夢幻的星星燈海。

金門湖埔國小校友會自創立以來，扮演連結校友、支持校務、推動教育的重要力量。此次第三屆理監事改選，推舉楊肅謙為新任理事長，聘陳水在、李炷烽、楊肅元三位為名譽理事長、楊永立為榮譽理事長。常務理事有楊忠俊、楊瑞松、蔡世舜與楊秀清，理事為楊守信、楊清栽、楊天澤、楊肅泰、陳振家、楊忠毅、陳西村、楊天生，常務監事則由楊國基擔任，監事有楊翰祥、楊肅藝、楊忠贊、楊伊玏。顧問有楊文瑞、楊立輝、楊文西、楊文號。

金門湖埔國小第三屆校友會改選傳承推舉楊肅謙為新任理事長，聘陳水在、李炷烽、楊肅元三位為名譽理事長、楊永立為榮譽理事長並於改選後合影留念。

湖埔國小校長曾秀玲表示值得一提的是，校友會能有今日的規模與活力，最應感念的是第一、二屆創會理事長楊永立先生的卓越領導與無私奉獻。自創會以來，楊理事長以堅定的信念與行動，從無到有、一步一腳印地建立組織基礎。八年來，他帶領校友會從草創時期的摸索，到逐步完備章程制度、拓展校友網絡，凝聚無數校友情誼與資源。

楊理事長親力親為，奔走協調、策劃活動、籌措經費，為學校爭取各項資源與支持。他在任內推動了多項重大計畫，包含百年校慶籌備、校園建設支援及捐助，使湖埔國小在地方教育中綻放新光。特別是在百年校慶的高光時刻，他凝聚各界校友之力，讓湖埔國小站上金門教育舞台的耀眼頂峰。

校長曾秀玲感性指出：「楊永立理事長八年來以行動詮釋了『愛校無私』的精神，是湖埔校友會的靈魂人物。相信校友會的新一屆團隊，也將承繼這份溫度與信念，繼續為教育前行。」
