金門縣政府社會處於17日與勞動部合辦「共融職場新思維：職場合理調整概念與實務宣導說明會」，邀集企業代表、公部門人事代表、勞檢與職災承辦人員等共 40 餘人參與。本次活動旨在深化各界對「職場合理調整」的理解，並期望透過實務交流，讓合理調整不再只是政策文字，而是每一個工作場域中實際可行的支持行動。
社會處處長王茲繐於致詞時指出，為徹底落實《身心障礙者權利公約》（CRPD）精神，勞動部已於今年 7 月公告《身心障礙者職場合理調整行政指導》。王處長表示，雖然金門身障人口佔設籍人口比率不高（約 4.5%），但共融的概念應涵蓋所有夥伴，包括行動不便者和懷孕者等。她呼籲人資夥伴和主管應主動扮演協助者，透過調整軟硬體措施，讓所有員工能融入職場並發揮最大能量，並期透過此次說明會，能將合理調整的概念落實到日常管理與職場文化中，進一步推動金門成為共融友善就業的縣市，提升永續競爭力。
勞動部勞動力發展署特定對象就業組黃雅鈴科長進一步闡明，「合理調整」源於身權公約，未來將納入《身心障礙者權益保障法》第 16 條，成為雇主的法定義務。黃科長特別提醒，合理調整是人權概念，與「有障礙處境」的每個人都有關，且實施的關鍵在於必須與身障者進行協商；若缺乏溝通協商，行政部門在相關爭議中將可能處於不利地位。她強調，合理調整是提醒雇主多做「一點點」，但前提是「合理」才做，不合理則不必承擔，希望透過課程釐清界線。
