為落實縣長陳福海以《禮運大同篇》為核心精神的施政主軸，金門縣政府持續推動「歲末寒冬暖心行動」，整合各局處資源投入「關懷獨居長者」計畫。在農曆春節前夕，縣府觀光處處長許績鑫率同仁前往金城鎮南門里探視獨居長者，透過實地訪視與面對面交流，傳達縣府關懷與新春祝福，積極營造「老吾老以及人之老」的高齡友善社會。
訪視過程中，許績鑫處長親切地與長者圍坐話家常，細心關懷其日常起居、飲食習慣與健康狀況。長者雖獨自居住，屋內卻在縣府團隊的陪伴下洋溢著溫馨熱絡的年節氣氛。針對近日氣溫變化劇烈，許處長也特別叮囑長者注意保暖、維持規律作息，並隨時與相關單位保持聯繫，確保生活無虞。
隨行團隊同步檢視長者居住環境與實際需求，盤點現有社福資源是否到位，強化精準對接與即時協助機制，讓關懷不僅止於慰問，更落實於具體行動。縣府強調，透過「走入生活」的關懷模式，不僅能即時掌握長者生活現況，也讓政府服務更具溫度，使社會安全網在節慶期間不中斷、不留空隙。
觀光處表示，關懷獨居長者是縣府長期推動「在地老化、在地安養」政策的重要一環。隨著金門縣65歲以上人口比例逐年上升，已正式邁入高齡社會，縣府將持續強化跨局處合作，整合民政、社會、觀光等資源，落實「以人為本、世代共好」的施政理念。
許績鑫處長指出，期盼透過歲末關懷行動，深化跨世代互動，凝聚社區互助力量。每一位長者的平安與幸福，都是縣府施政最重要的目標。未來也將秉持「制度到位、服務入戶」的精神，把長者視如己親，持續打造讓長者安心生活、安享晚年的宜居幸福島嶼。
