為鼓勵社區以影像記錄在地故事，展現社區共生力量，金門縣政府社會處推動的「115-116年社區培力訓練委託案—人才永續、社區共生2.0」，今年持續深化社區影像敘事能力，推出「看見金門共生好社區：浯江故事短影音行動計畫」短影音競賽，最高獎金新臺幣2萬元，邀請全縣社區發展協會踴躍參與。
縣府社會處表示，本次競賽主要鼓勵各社區透過影像記錄在地互助與創新的動人瞬間，藉由徵件與獎勵機制，提升社區幹部的數位表達能力，將多年深耕的社區共生精神轉化為視覺故事，向社會大眾展現金門社區邁向「智慧共生」的具體成果。
本次競賽徵件對象為金門縣立案之社區發展協會，每個協會最多可投稿2支作品，影片長度為1.5至3分鐘，拍攝器材不限。即日起開放報名，至115年5月15日17時30分截止，參賽者須完成線上資料上傳，包括報名資料表（含協會資料、作品介紹及拍攝劇照）及著作授權書（蓋章後上傳PDF），影片解析度須達1080p以上，並附中文字幕或中英字幕，未上字幕者將視為規格不符。
競賽將邀請學界與實務界專家組成評審團進行評選，並於成果展當日公布得獎名單。評選標準包含公共性（50%），著重於議題切身性、觀點、多元性與影響力；技術性（25%），包含影像品質、聲音與敘事表現；以及其他項目（25%），如作品獨特性與結構完整度等。
為鼓勵社區踴躍參與，本次競賽提供豐富獎助金，第一名2萬元、第二名1萬元、第三名5千元，另設佳作3名，各可獲得2千元，獎助金將由得獎社區發展協會領取。
此外，所有得獎作品也將於2026年舉辦的「浯江故事短影音大展」中公開展示，讓更多民眾看見金門社區的創新能量與共生精神。
縣府表示，期盼透過影像記錄金門社區的溫暖與故事，展現地方特色與人情味，讓社區的力量被更多人看見。歡迎各社區發展協會踴躍參與，以影像說故事，為金門留下珍貴的社區記憶。
