金門縣政府於114年11月4日赴臺中市參加行政院114年度災害防救業務B區聯合訪評，整體表現亮眼。經中央各部會綜合評核，共榮獲「特優」3項、「優等」17項及「佳等」1項的優異成績，充分展現縣府團隊長期深耕災害防救工作的成果。
其中榮獲「特優」的項目包括內政部民政司（由民政處承辦）、國家科技防災中心（由消防局承辦）及行政院災害防救辦公室（由消防局承辦），顯示金門在防災政策推動及災害管理體系建構方面獲得中央高度肯定。此次訪評由副縣長李文良擔任帶隊官，率災害防救辦公室執行秘書、消防局長呂英華，以及縣府15個受評單位共同參與，團隊合作無間，充分展現金門整合式防災能量。
114年行政院災害防救業務B區聯合訪評於臺中市舉行，由中央災害防救相關部會組成評核團隊，透過簡報、書面審查及成果展示等方式，全面檢視地方政府災害防救工作推動情形。參與縣市包括臺中市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、南投縣、彰化縣、澎湖縣及金門縣等七個縣市，並同時進行交流觀摩。
金門縣由消防局擔任秘書幕僚單位，事前縝密規劃、積極籌辦，並於114年9月15日召開行前說明會暨自評會議，檢視各單位年度防救災業務執行成果。受評當日由副縣長率隊並親自陪評，各單位備妥相關資料，並指派熟悉業務人員全程陪檢。
此次參與受評單位包括金門防衛指揮部、後備服務中心，以及縣府民政處、城鄉發展處、產業發展處、教育處、工務處、觀光處、社會處、警察局、衛生局、環境保護局、林務所及動植物防疫所等機關單位，完整呈現金門在減災整備、災害應變及復原重建等面向的努力與成果。
縣長陳福海表示，金門地處離島，面對颱風、強降雨及地震等天然災害風險，平時即須做好完善整備，以確保災害發生時能迅速應變、降低衝擊。此次獲得中央評核肯定，是對縣府各單位長期投入防災工作的鼓勵。未來縣府將持續精進災害防救體系，強化跨機關合作與資源整合，並深化社區防災教育與全民防災意識，逐步建構更具韌性的防災環境，朝向更安全、安心的「韌性金門」願景邁進。
