據媒體報導，黨產會認定「國民黨金門縣黨部金沙鎮聯絡處」是不當黨產，並纏訟官司7年多，但因國民黨主席鄭麗文未繳交7萬多元的裁判費，直接讓該筆土地還給國家；藍營人士更指控，外界有人認為，鄭麗文與金門藍委陳玉珍不合，而有人故意挖坑，才導致該服務處「拱手讓人」。

面對「國民黨金門縣黨部金沙鎮聯絡處」慘遭收回，有藍營人士指出，外界認為鄭麗文與陳玉珍不合，而有人故意挖坑，才導致該服務處「拱手讓人」，尹乃菁立即否認：「完全沒有這回事」，她急忙解釋，這個訴訟也並不是在鄭麗文上任之後才出現，並認為這些言論都是地方或外界刻意見縫插針，要去挑撥相關問題。
