隨著數位科技快速發展，生成式人工智慧（AI）技術日益普及，金門縣環保局為提升行政效能，於115年2月23日舉辦「運用生成式AI優化清潔隊業務自動化」教育訓練。透過科技導入，生成式AI可輔助非資訊背景公務人員撰寫程式，解決繁瑣且重複的文書工作，讓清潔隊員及相關同仁能專注推動核心環保業務，減輕行政負擔。
為貼近基層實務運作，本次課程特別邀請金城鎮公所王嘉弘課員擔任講師。王課員先前成功導入AI技術於清潔隊作業，其數位轉型經驗獲環境部環境管理署肯定，並受邀於全國會議分享。課程針對非資訊背景同仁設計，運用AI工具輔助撰寫程式與處理資料，手把手教學讓基層同仁扎實掌握AI應用能力，全面落實清潔隊業務自動化。
環保局表示，透過此次教育訓練，不僅提升公務服務品質，也打造智慧、高效的現代化工作環境，讓第一線的環保同仁能將心力集中於維護金門環境衛生，提供縣民更優質的生活品質。
