為提升公務人員服務品質與溝通素養，金門縣政府配合推動禮貌運動，於115年3月30日辦理「公務服務禮儀研習」，邀請桃園市政府社會局副局長陳茹文擔任講座，課程分為上、下午各一場次，並由府內外各局處及所屬機關同仁共同參與，期透過專業培訓，強化為民服務之整體表現。

縣府表示，金門長期以來以「整潔的金門、禮貌的金門」為重要城市形象，早自軍管時期即奠定良好紀律與生活規範基礎，不僅重視環境整潔，更強調言行舉止與公共秩序，形塑出金門特有的純樸與有禮文化。隨著時代變遷與行政環境轉型，縣府持續將此一優良傳統轉化為現代公共服務核心價值，讓禮貌不僅是生活態度，更是公務執行的重要內涵。
