由來台旺有限公司打造的年度盛事「春季海堤音樂會」，於民國115年3月28日在金門湖下海堤盛大舉行。活動以「海派生活美學」為主軸，結合音樂與海岸景觀，將金門過往的戰地印象轉化為浪漫且富有感性的旅遊體驗，期望為旅客留下全新記憶。

現場融合湖下海堤獨特的蚵管哨海景，並可遠眺金門大橋與廈門城市景觀，打造視覺與聽覺兼具的饗宴，同時規劃精緻野餐體驗，營造高質感戶外氛圍。主辦單位表示，此次活動不僅是一場音樂會，更是金門旅遊品牌再造的重要嘗試，盼吸引更多年輕族群探索不一樣的海島風情。
