為推動金門赤后山風景區整體開發，金湖鎮公所於1月28日下午舉行「金門赤后山風景區整體開發先期規畫說明會」，由金湖鎮長陳文顧主持，邀集金門縣政府秘書吳志偉、金門縣政府城鄉發展處科長李程遠、新湖里里長陳錦章、塔后社區發展協會理事長陳秀嵐、公所建設課長陳樂融及公所團隊同仁與會，並吸引多位塔后在地居民到場參與，廣泛聽取地方意見，凝聚共識。

塔后位於金湖鎮新市區旁，地處金門北半島交通要衝，串聯金湖市中心及周邊主要觀光動線，是「傳統聚落」與「新興城鎮」交界的重要文化節點。聚落歷史悠久，完整保存傳統閩南建築、宗祠系統、街巷尺度與農村生活空間，同時坐擁赤后山自然環境、稜線景觀，以及舊軍事廣播台、十字坑道等戰地文化資產，為金湖地區少有兼具人文、自然與軍事景觀的複合型場域。
