本年度金門縣歷經戰地政務時期55歲至64歲三節慰助首次以金門限地「感恩券」的形式發放，115年端節感恩券申請暨發放作業在春節後緊鑼密鼓展開。即日起在全縣各鄉鎮公所民政課受理申請，本節(端節)次凡符合民國50年6月20日以後出生及民國60年6月19日以前出生，並須「戶籍現設籍金門縣」，且「戰地政務終止前（民國81年11月7日）曾設籍金門縣累積滿十年、年滿十六歲者」，可於115年5月15日星期五下班前，備齊申請表、身分證影本等證件，以親自辦理、委託他人辦理（需填妥委託書），或郵寄（雙掛號）逕寄戶籍所在地鄉（鎮）公所，信封上請註明「申請金門縣歷經戰地政務時期五十五歲至六十四歲三節慰助」等方式提出申請，以保障自己權益。倘未及於115年5月15日以前完成申請者，將自下一節次（115年秋節）起發放慰助，敬請鄉親留意，以免自身權益受損。

端節感恩券每份共含35張票券，包括20張100元、10張500元與5張1,000元，合計12,000元，使用期限至115年12月31日止。在規定期限內，民眾可持券於金門在地實體店家消費，但票券不得換現、不得找零、不得儲值，亦不得購買金酒公司家戶配售酒及寧山庫批售酒。
另完成初次申請後，符合資格者日後各節次不用再次申請，惟如果查有於各節前年滿65歲、基準日(申請截止日)前死亡、戶籍遷出金門縣等情事者，將予撤銷發放資格，戶籍遷出經撤銷發放資格者須俟遷入金門縣後再重新申請。
