為迎接農曆新年的到來，山外社區特別規劃年節文化活動，營造熱鬧喜氣的過年氛圍。30日當天，社區邀請長期投入傳統藝術推廣的陳向鑫，前往山外社區活動中心，帶領社區長者進行「門神與財神風獅爺拓印體驗」。透過具有地方特色的民俗藝術，讓長者在動手創作的過程中，提前感受新春佳節的祝福與溫度，也讓傳統文化在社區中持續傳承。

活動現場氣氛溫馨熱絡，陳向鑫親自示範拓印的技巧與步驟，從上墨、定位到按壓，每一個細節都耐心講解，並陪伴長者一步步完成作品。即使是第一次接觸拓印的長者，也能在引導下順利完成屬於自己的門神或財神風獅爺春聯。過程中，大家一邊創作、一邊交流過年習俗與童年回憶，活動中心不時傳出笑聲，年節氣息濃厚。

山外社區長者對此次拓印體驗反應熱烈，踴躍參與並表示活動新鮮又有趣，不僅能活動筋骨，也喚起對傳統文化與年節記憶的共鳴。社區表示，藉由結合民俗藝術的體驗活動，不僅促進長者彼此之間的互動與情感交流，也讓社區空間更加活絡、有溫度。未來將持續辦理多元文化活動，陪伴長輩在歡樂與祝福中，迎接溫馨、平安的新春佳節。

金門縣政府自115年春節起，將「歷經戰地政務時期55至64歲慰助酒品」轉型為每人發放12,000元的「感恩券」，1月30日開始發放，2月2日起商家可核銷。凡設籍金門且具統一編號之營業人，可於上班時間至戶政事務所辦理，每月限兌領一次，開立統一發票者上限200萬元，免開立者上限15萬元。

縣府提醒商家核銷時應備妥感恩券、大小章或統一發票章、負責人私章、存摺影本及工商資料表等文件，並建議先完成核銷系統登錄，將感恩券依面額整理、100張一捆，以加速作業。

「金門縣警光會館多元運用整建工程」今天舉行動土典禮，根據工程單位資料，規劃警光會館1樓作為公辦民營托嬰中心、2樓作為日照中心與兒少中心據點，3樓則是深耕零歲教育基地；工期預計260個工作天。

近日有民眾發現，金門高職校園周邊排水溝與空地出現大量垃圾堆積情形，包含一次性餐盒、飲料杯、塑膠袋及紙容器等，部分垃圾更是滯留於積水中，不僅影響整體觀感，也引發環境衛生疑慮。

從現場情況觀察，垃圾多集中於校園旁的排水溝裡與周邊空地上，疑似人為隨意丟棄，加上未即時清理，導致逐漸累積。部分紙容器與塑膠製品浸泡水中，恐成為蚊蟲孳生的溫床，對學生與周邊居民健康造成潛在風險。吳志衍校漲則表示，排水溝裡的垃圾，可能是學生在放假前清潔校內環境隨意丟棄所致。針對此情形，校方已立即請學校同仁進行清理與環境維護，目前學生已經放寒假，校內將先完成現場整理，後續也將釐清垃圾來源，待開學之後，會加強對學生的環境教育與公德心宣導，避免類似情況再次發生。

金城分局金寧分駐所於1月29日晚間8時許接獲報案，在金寧鄉某餐廳旁停車場有火災情事，因為火場距離分駐所不遠，不待消防車抵達，副所長王俊傑及備勤警員劉偉德2人立即拿取分駐所裡的滅火器趕抵火場，到達時發現空地上雜草冒出陣陣火勢，且有擴大情事，因當時消防隊尚未到場，員警為避免火勢延燒到附近住戶，衍生更大災害，當機立斷與在場北門里許績才里長等人手持滅火器試圖撲滅火勢，未料風勢過大火勢持續擴大，所幸金寧消防分隊也迅速抵達，數分鐘內即將火勢全部撲滅，未波及其他車輛或建物，也無人員受傷。

本案疑為餐廳宴客結束，主辦方施放爆竹煙火慶祝，因東北季風及天氣乾燥等因素，煙火飄落物掉落引起火勢，初步排除人為起火原因，但詳細起火原因還要由相關單位調查後釐清。

農曆春節期間，金門林務所於森林公園推出「走春賞燈迎新年」活動，結合自然景觀與年節元素，營造兼具生態與喜氣的春節氛圍。園區以馬年為主題，設置多組應景燈飾與裝置藝術，融入森林綠意之中，白天可賞景漫步，夜晚則在燈光映襯下別具風情，吸引不少民眾闔家前往走春。

林務所表示，透過環境美化與燈節設計，希望讓民眾在親近森林的同時，也能感受濃厚年味，達到寓教於樂的效果。園區同步加強環境整理與安全維護，提供舒適遊憩空間，歡迎鄉親與遊客於春節連假走進森林公園，感受自然、生態與年節交織的獨特春遊體驗。

金湖鎮公所於春節前夕邀請本縣書法學會多位書法名師，蒞臨公所三樓舉辦「揮毫寫春聯」活動，現場墨香四溢、年味十足。老師們現場揮毫，依民眾需求書寫吉祥賀詞，吸引不少鄉親排隊索取，提前感受傳統年節的喜慶氛圍。

活動現場氣氛熱絡，民眾手捧熱騰騰的春聯，臉上洋溢笑容，紛紛表示能拿到老師親筆揮毫的春聯格外有意義。金湖鎮公所表示，透過書法藝術結合年節習俗，不僅傳承傳統文化，也拉近公所與民眾之間的距離，讓大家在歡樂與祝福中迎接嶄新的一年。

作為金門小三通新門戶的「金門港旅運中心」將於2月3日展開試營運，中央相關單位29日赴金門實地視察通關動線，肯定新通關大樓整體規劃完善、動線順暢且空間寬敞，展現中央與地方攜手合作成果，為小三通發展注入新動能。適逢小三通啟動25週年，新旅運中心啟用更具指標性意義。

港務處指出，金門港旅運中心為4層樓鋼構建築，總工程經費逾32億元，年旅次量可達350萬人次，採1樓入境、3樓出境分流設計，並配合郵輪直靠政策，未來可停泊萬噸級國際郵輪，全面提升港埠整體服務量能。

春節將屆，為確保長照機構消防安全，消防局第一大隊於115年1月30日前往大同之家，辦理自衛消防編組演練暨消防安全關懷宣導，讓長者安心迎接農曆新年。透過實地情境模擬與設備操作指導，提升機構人員災害應變能力，守護長者生命安全。

本次演練模擬場所內部火災事故，濃煙迅速擴散，工作人員立即啟動自衛消防編組機制，依序完成起火點確認、內部通報、初期滅火及避難引導等應變作為，並引導住民有序疏散至安全區域。消防人員並針對大同之家消防安全設備進行檢視，實地指導正確操作滅火器、室內消防栓、手動報警機及119火災通報裝置，同時加強用火、用電安全及防火觀念宣導，提醒春節期間用電量增加，更應留意防火細節。

消防局第一大隊董必文表示，長照機構住民多為行動不便或需特別照護之長者，消防安全更需審慎把關。消防局秉持「顧老、扶幼、助弱勢」施政理念，於春節前主動關懷轄內避難弱勢場所，未來也將持續透過定期演練、宣導與輔導機制，落實「自助、共助、公助」防災精神，確保長者平安、安心迎新春。

「金門縣警光會館多元運用整建工程動土典禮」於115年1月30日（星期五）上午10時在警光會館舉行，由縣長陳福海主持，並邀請議員董森堡、王國代、金沙鎮長吳有家、縣府參議魏志成、社會處處長王茲繐、工務處處長陳家輝、衛生局局長李金治、警察局副局長蘇有義、金沙鎮民代表會主席周水土、副主席張成爵及多位代表與校長出席，現場氣氛熱烈，象徵地方社會福利建設開啟新篇章。

本工程總樓地板面積約5,497平方公尺，預計施工260個工作天，由金沙鎮公所代辦、華成營造有限公司承攬。一樓規劃設置金沙公辦民營托嬰中心，可收托40至80名幼兒；二樓設置社區式長照機構（日間照顧中心）及兒少服務空間，日照中心規劃4單元多功能空間，最高服務60人，提供失能、失智者日間照顧、餐飲、健康促進及社會參與等服務；兒少空間提供0至未滿18歲兒少活動與福利服務，辦理多元發展課程，強化在地支持網絡。三樓由金門縣家庭教育中心進駐，作為家庭教育與親職支持核心據點，推動「扎根零歲教育基地」，提供從婚姻教育、孕產支持到親職教養的系統化課程與服務，陪伴家長於0至6歲關鍵階段建立正向教養與穩定親子關係。

縣長陳福海表示，為提升公共資產使用效益，回應少子化、高齡化及家庭支持需求，縣府推動本工程，將原有警光會館轉型為結合托育、兒少福利、長期照顧及家庭教育之多功能公共服務場域，並兼顧警政勤務使用，落實「顧老、顧幼、家庭共好」施政目標，讓長輩安養、幼兒成長、家庭安心。縣長也感謝議會、金沙鎮公所及代表會的支持，並說明縣府將同步於金湖、金城及金寧增設托嬰中心，未來合計可增加170名收托量能。

金沙鎮長吳有家指出，感謝縣府投入1億元經費，重視在地公共建設及托育資源。整建完成後，將大幅提升幼兒及家庭照顧品質，並結合長照與兒少服務，兼顧不同族群需求，讓長輩能就近參與、年輕家庭能安心托育，造福鎮民。

縣府提醒，配合警光會館整建及營運轉型，警光會館自115年1月1日起至12月31日止全面停止對外營業，復業時間將依工程進度另行公告。調整期間如造成不便，敬請社會大眾體諒與支持。
