115年清明節連假共有4天，交通部民用航空局宣布，臺金管制航線將於115年2月2日（週一）上午9時起開放訂位。本次臺金航線運能共提供532架次、50,048個座位。金門縣政府已請民航局要求航空公司持續注意訂位狀況，後續將視需求適時增班，以滿足旅客需求。

此次清明假期自115年4月3日（週五）至4月6日（週一），民航局規劃115年4月2日（週四）至4月7日（週二）為航空疏運期，共計6天。清明連假航空疏運仍以澎湖、金門及馬祖等離島航線為重點，各航空公司已規劃加開班機及放大機型，後續亦將視需求狀況適時增班。

金門縣政府提醒旅客，尖峰時段機票將加註「限當日當班次」、「逾期作廢」之使用限制，確保有限空運資源有效利用。若旅客因故無法搭乘原訂航班，請務必於航班起飛前通知航空公司取消訂位，並依原機票規定辦理退票，以保障自身權益。

此外，民眾務必事先訂妥機位，避免在機場候補浪費時間；離島航班容易受天候影響而異動，建議隨時留意最新氣象資訊，做好行程規劃。搭機當日請提前至機場報到，並備齊身分證件，以確保順利搭乘。

為落實縣長陳福海「禮運大同篇」施政主軸，金門縣政府整合跨局處資源，持續推動「關懷獨居長者行動」，以實際行動展現對長者的重視與關懷。縣府於農曆春節前夕透過實地訪視、面對面關懷的方式，主動了解獨居長者的生活需求與身心狀況，在歲末寒冬之際送上溫暖祝福，致力打造溫馨且高齡友善的生活環境。

此次春節前關懷訪視，由縣府財政處處長陳國庭率領同仁，代表縣長陳福海親自前往探訪獨居長者林阿嬤，並致贈紀念品，提前向長者拜年賀歲。透過實際走入長者生活場域，不僅讓關懷落實於行動，更讓縣府的溫暖陪伴具體呈現。

訪視過程中，陳國庭處長親切與林阿嬤話家常，關心其日常起居、飲食狀況及健康情形，耐心傾聽生活點滴與心聲，讓長者深切感受到被關懷、被重視的溫暖情誼。陳處長也提醒近日氣溫偏低，務必注意保暖，保持均衡飲食與良好作息，同時轉達縣長陳福海的新春祝福與關愛之意。

林阿嬤雖年事已高，仍維持良好生活習慣，居家環境整理得井然有序，展現樂觀自立的生活態度。談及子女與孫輩在外地打拚、事業發展順利時，臉上不時露出欣慰笑容，言談間滿是對家人的祝福與期盼。儘管屋外寒風陣陣，屋內卻洋溢著溫馨歡樂的氣氛，陪伴的時光令人倍感暖心。

財政處表示，關懷獨居長者不僅是春節前的慰問行動，更是縣府長期推動高齡友善政策的重要一環。未來將持續秉持縣長陳福海「以人為本、共好共榮」的施政理念，結合各局處與社會資源，深化關懷服務，透過定期訪視、資源連結與溫暖陪伴，建構敬老、親老、愛老的在地共生社會，讓每位長者都能安享幸福、富足的晚年生活。

為迎接115歲次丙午年馬年春節，營造喜慶祥和的新春氛圍，並展現對地方發展的祝福與支持，金門縣政顧問龔秦裕29日特別致贈金門縣政府春節花燈一對，舉行「115歲次丙午年縣政顧問花燈致贈儀式」，透過傳統花燈藝術，為縣府增添濃厚年節喜氣，也象徵對縣政推動的肯定與期許。

致贈儀式於縣府大門口舉行，由龔秦裕顧問親自出席，並由縣府許慧婷參議代表受贈。現場氣氛溫馨隆重，花燈設計造型喜慶典雅，巧妙融入馬年意象與傳統春節元素，寓意縣運昌隆、政務推動順遂，也為洽公民眾與同仁帶來嶄新的新春視覺感受，展現年節特有的歡樂與祝福氛圍。

金門縣政府（29）日召開「115年第1季道路交通安全會報」，由副縣長陳祥麟主持，邀集警察局、工務處、觀光處、教育處及監理等相關單位與會，會前並先行辦理績優義交退休人員表揚，肯定長年投入交通維護工作的無私奉獻。

本次接受表揚者為金寧義交分隊幹事楊昭華，自民國92年4月加入金寧義交分隊，至114年10月1日退休，服務年資長達22年5個月。任職期間主動參與各項專業訓練，執勤態度認真、工作勤奮積極，長年協助交通疏導與安全維護，深獲肯定，為地方交通安全付出重要心力。

吳昆璋率企畫處經理李淑珍等人先到金門安養機構大同之家，當他聽到大同之家主任王麗娟介紹院內長者也有金門高粱酒的「忠實顧客」，每天中午都會固定來上1杯50cc的高粱酒，感到意外驚喜；他也提及，前一天才赴台行銷金酒專為醫界打造的「杏林酒窖」，獲得不少佳評。

農曆春節將至，家家戶戶忙於除舊佈新，垃圾清運量隨之倍增。為感謝清潔隊員終年辛勤守護環境整潔，金門縣政府於115年春節前夕啟動慰勞行程，由副秘書長李廣榮代表縣長陳福海，偕同環保局局長楊建立前往各鄉鎮清潔隊部致意。今年慰勞行動除準備慰勞金與運動飲料外，亦特別致贈環境部提供的「精緻米禮盒」，象徵對基層環保英雄最真摯、實在的感謝，讓清潔隊員在繁忙的清運工作中，感受到中央與地方政府的雙重關懷。

回顧過去一年，金門在環境維護與資源回收工作上屢獲佳績，這份成果全賴清潔隊員日復一日的堅守與付出。縣長陳福海多次指出，「整潔」是金門觀光的重要招牌，也是旅客對金門的第一印象。春節期間返鄉人潮與遊客增加，加上環境清潔週大掃除需求，清潔隊工作量大幅提升，隊員們除需處理大型廢棄家具，亦須深入人潮密集及髒亂熱點進行清理，即使工作環境高壓且具風險，仍無怨無悔，迅速恢復縣容整潔。

近日強烈冷氣團來襲，氣溫驟降，李廣榮副秘書長於慰問行程中特別叮囑同仁，執行勤務時務必做好保暖措施，並留意行車與作業安全，強調每一位清潔隊員的健康與平安，都是縣府最重視的事。縣府也承諾，將持續爭取中央經費更新機具設備，透過機械化作業減輕同仁體力負擔，持續優化工作環境。

為協助金門在地青年創業者與早期創業家強化市場競爭力，因應產業環境與消費行為快速變化，金門縣政府在「114年金門縣青年創業輔導及創業一站式服務計畫」架構下，推出「開店成功學2.0版」第一梯次趨勢培訓班，透過系統化課程設計，協助在地創業者建立更完整的經營思維與實務行動策略。

產業發展處表示，根據課前問卷調查顯示，高達59.3%的金門業者認為「行銷與曝光不足」是目前創業經營的最大困境，另有超過8成受訪者對「市場趨勢與商業模式策略」及「品牌建構與經營」等主題表達高度學習需求。為回應在地實際狀況，本梯次培訓班以「進階行銷」為核心，整合創業決策、品牌經營、行銷曝光與成交轉換等關鍵面向，補齊多數創業培訓中常見的斷層。

本次課程由計畫首席顧問余瑞銘領軍，邀集品牌診斷專家蔡文旗、餐飲行銷講師林大朗及銷售實戰講師林庭旭組成講師群，堪稱青創輔導「四大天王」。課程內容涵蓋「創業心態建立」、「加盟與自創品牌評估」、「品牌定位與再造」、「青創餐飲成長策略」、「在地小店行銷術」、「短影音與社群流量經營」、「選址與店面管理」等主題，循序引導學員從策略思考走向實際執行，掌握創業初期最常面臨的核心課題。

產業發展處進一步指出，考量金門業者營運型態與青年學員學習需求，本梯次課程經課前問卷與意願訪查後，規劃於週日與週一辦理，並於2月至3月間以密集式方式進行。每堂課3小時，共計8堂、24小時完整培訓，讓創業者能在較具彈性的時段投入學習，並即時將課程內容轉化為實務規劃，提升培訓成效。

為鼓勵學員完整參與，縣府同步規劃分級式學習支持與參與獎勵機制，凡完成全程研習者，將核發研習證明並提供千元學習回饋禮券；完成半數以上課程者，亦可獲得參與鼓勵。此外，每堂課針對優先報名且全程實際出席的學員，另提供即時學習回饋，提升互動品質與完課率。

國際獅子會金門、木蘭及金龍獅子會於1月27日晚間假聯泰餐廳舉行聯合例會，適逢金門縣防災士協會顧問顏達仁（獅子會創會會長）及理事長顏少棠皆為獅子會成員，特別邀請金門縣消防局副局長陳國瑋蒞臨例會進行防災士培訓宣導，期盼結合社會各界力量，共同投入防災工作，為地方社會安全與永續發展注入正向能量。

金門、木蘭及金龍獅子會長期秉持「我們服務（We Serve）」宗旨，服務內容涵蓋社會關懷、弱勢扶助及公共議題倡議等多元面向，與防災士制度所強調的自助、互助、公助精神高度契合。本次聯合例會由金門國際獅子會會長石惠美、木蘭國際獅子會會長林淑珍及金龍國際獅子會會長李翌漳共同主持，現場貴賓雲集，包括創會會長顏達仁、專區主席黃景麗、分區主席楊雅惠、縣議員王國代及金門縣防災士協會理事長顏少棠等人出席，展現獅子會對公共事務與社會安全的高度重視。

顏達仁前會長與金門縣防災士協會理事長顏少棠一家三代長年投入義消及防救災工作，深刻體認獅子會服務理念與防災士精神相互契合，因而促成本次宣導活動。陳國瑋副局長以「從服務到守護—獅子會成員的服務升級計畫：成為國家級認證防災士」為題進行專題演講，向獅友說明防災士制度內涵，並鼓勵大家加入防災士行列，將公益服務能量延伸至守護生命與社區安全。

演講中介紹防災士培訓內容，包括災害風險辨識、避難引導、初期救護、社區協作及避難收容等實務知識，期能建立獅友正確防災觀念，並邀請參與政府辦理之防災士培訓課程。現場對防災士制度反應熱烈，互動踴躍，與會獅友紛紛表示未來將積極投入相關訓練，讓「服務」在關鍵時刻轉化為實際的「守護」力量。

金門縣防災士協會理事長顏少棠指出，近年極端氣候與各類災害事故頻仍，僅仰賴政府力量已難以全面因應，亟需結合民間團體與社區力量共同防護。防災士制度即是培育具備基礎防災知識與應變能力的民間夥伴，透過系統化訓練，協助推動災前宣導、災時支援與災後關懷重建，成為政府與民間的重要橋梁。

金門縣消防局表示，防災工作需要全民參與，期盼透過防災士協會平臺，持續與獅子會等民間團體深化合作，推展防災教育與實務訓練，提升社區整體防災韌性，攜手打造安全、安心、永續的幸福金門。

農曆春節將至，家家戶戶陸續展開年終大掃除，透過除舊布新，將平日不易清潔之處徹底整理，以嶄新、整潔的居家環境迎接馬年到來。金門縣環境保護局提醒民眾，進行環境整理及居家清理時，切勿將資源回收物混入一般垃圾，應確實做好分類，分為一般垃圾、資源回收物及廚餘，共同維護環境整潔與安全。

環保局特別提醒，春節前後常見的回收物品須妥善處理。高壓容器類如小型瓦斯罐、防曬噴霧、髮膠及殺蟲劑等，務必確認內容物已完全用盡後，單獨打包交由資源回收車回收，切勿直接丟入垃圾車，以免引發爆炸或燃燒危險。各類乾電池及充電電池請集中包裝後回收；汰換下來的燈管與燈泡，應先妥善包裝避免破碎，再交由清潔隊回收。

至於大型廢棄物如櫥櫃、彈簧床、桌椅等家具，可事先與清潔隊聯繫，約定收運時間及地點。舊衣回收前請確認衣物乾淨、完整，無破損或異味，貼身衣物（內衣褲、泳衣）、配件、玩偶及寢具類基於衛生考量恕不回收，民眾可透過舊衣回收箱、回收據點或資源回收車交付，提升循環再利用效益。

此外，環保局也呼籲民眾在準備年菜時落實綠色飲食理念，衡量實際需求，吃多少、煮多少，避免過量採買與烹調，減少食物浪費及廚餘產生；如有剩食，請確實分類並進行廚餘回收，切勿混入一般垃圾。

春節期間請民眾配合各鄉鎮垃圾清運時間排出垃圾，若遇暫停收運時段，應妥善打包並分類存放，不得任意棄置或放置戶外。若違反規定造成環境污染，將依《廢棄物清理法》處新臺幣1,200元至6,000元罰鍰。環保局感謝鄉親共同配合，攜手打造整潔、美麗的金門，並祝福大家馬年新春如意、闔家平安。
